BUT, why attempt to take all of what you said to court, when we have the SOB in a clear case of forgery?

1) I'm not the skeptic, the INS Immigration Inspector was the skeptic.

2) A court must have jurisdiction at the place the alleged crime occurred. Where did the crime occur? I suppose DC. Or perhaps Hawaii. Or maybe Denver. The fact is, at this time, no one to my knowledge is sure where the forgery occurred.

A DA has jurisdiction in a particular political entity, not everywhere in the country. Furthermore, assuming it could be shown that the crime occurred in say, DC, the DC prosecutor would have to file the case. Any chance of that?

The reason I posted what I did is to start with A and get the right people to take the next step.

Realistically, if the US Congress and the US Supreme Court won't touch this, we're screwed. The rule of law has completely broken down.

SOOOO.....It's either the crime or the cover up....If you can't prove the crime, prove the cover up. Just like they got Capone for income tax evasion instead all the other crimes.

Posting a fraudulent document over state lines should break some type of RICO law.
