Tom Hoefling: "I will shut down every abortion facility in the country"
Tom Hoefling for President 2012 ^ | June 11, 2012 | Tom Hoefling

Posted on 06/11/2012 9:17:17 AM PDT by EternalVigilance

"All officers of government in this country, in every branch, at every level, have as the first obligation of their sacred oath the protection of all innocent lives within their jurisdiction.

Should I be elected to the office of President of the United States, I will keep my oath.

Justice Blackmun, in Roe vs. Wade, admitted that “of course” the child in the womb is protected by the Fourteenth Amendment, if they are a person.

Since it is self-evident that they are a person, my first act as President, after having sworn the oath, will be to publish a presidential finding to that effect.

My second act will be to ask for the resignation of anyone in the executive branch who will not act accordingly.

My third act will be to order the closing of every abortion facility in the country, as per the explicit, imperative requirement of the Supreme Law of the Land.

'No person shall be deprived of life without due process of law.'

'No State shall deprive any person of life without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.'”

Yes you are telling lies. Now stop.

Abortion is always wrong. The idea that it might be necessary for the mothers health is a myth. A Congressman who is also a OB/GYN stated on the floor he has never seen that in over 20 years of practice.

That you use that example speaks to your true beliefs.

So, two aggressive Romney supporters are saying that it is “projection” for the non-Romney supporter they are attacking for not supporting Romney, to address them as Romney supporters.

This is freaky stuff.

Have I shown disrespect toward you or anyone who holds your postition? I don't think so because in fact I RESPECT your thinking and your position (and above all, I respect and LOVE your civil tone! You are a FReeper to make FR proud) -- as it happens, I also think your opinion is misguided.

Looking at this thread and discussion versus insults, it seems to me the ledger on insults is FAR heavier on the ABO side than it is on the side that says Obama's "omnipotence" is exaggerated and that ABO Romney would be a mistake. I believe that the fact that it is that way, that ABO folks are reduced to insults and bullying, is indicative that ABO is a bad strategy based on bad assumptions.

I'm hardly surprised.

For nearly forty years the GOP has treated pro-life social conservatives the same way the Democrats tread Blacks.

The GOP expects us to continue to vote with them and then shut up about what we want. The hell with them, I'm not playing their game any more.

He signed a pro abortion bill, making it law, leading to an increased number of abortions in CA.

IMO Mittens is a politician. He’ll say anything to get elected and improve his position.

He’s managed to run a much more effective campaign then any of the other GOP candidates. Its sad but its the reality.

You claimed that Ronald Reagan had been pro-abortion once just like your man Mitt Romney, who labeled Reagan as “adamantly pro-choice” and spread that lie for months.

Mitt Romney was one of the more effective defenders of abortion for many years in the 90s and 2000s, he gave impassioned personal testimony to the importance of protecting abortion rights and he fund raised for Planned Parenthood. This pro-abortion activism was after RoevWade, after years and decades of the great abortion wars, it was after President Reagan and the 1994 revolution even the Clinton years, even after the first Bush term, it only ended in 2006 to run nationally.

Show us Reagan’s words and video showing that he claimed to be pro abortion or “adamantly pro-choice” as that scum bag Mitt Romney (and his supporters) have slandered him with for years, severely damaging the dead Ronald Reagan’s reputation forever.

Where are the quotes, the speeches, the agenda?

to declare that this country couldn’t survive four more years of Obama, is the equivalent of a pup rolling over on his back and piddling all over the floor: totally submissive.”

Would it have been better if I'd taken your tack that you used posting to me once, and just said "idiot"? And how is declaring that this country couldn't survive for more years of Obama NOT submissive?

Observing that people are afraid is insulting them?

so you know how many votes should be withheld from Rominy so that if he cannot be allowed to win big ...

You haven't read my posts, have you? All you've done is skim them and misunderstand them.

If folks don’t fall at your feet and worship your reasoning ...

I am responsible ONLY for what I do, and that includes what I post.

YOU are responsible for feeling whatever it is you feel that makes you think of people falling and worshipping at others' feet.

yes too bad but you find interesting quotes. doesn’t change the reality.

I don’t want ANY president to have free reign to do anything and everything they want. Not Bush, Reagan, Clinton, or Obama.

Good thing the Constitution built in controls on them.

... the non-Romney supporter they are attacking for not supporting Romney ...

Please point out where either I or lakeshark "attacked" you for "not supporting Romney". The only thing I've attempted to do is to state my belief that good conservatives can come to a strategic conclusion that voting for Romney this November is a preferable alternative to allowing the Kenyan marxist another 4 years. That is not out of fear for me. I'd call it righteous anger (alongside righteous frustration with the GOP process).

To soothe your hypersensitivity, I also believe that good conservatives can vote third party if their conscience determines that.

This is freaky stuff.

Aha! So you do admit to LSD use.

Well, God bless Mrs. Anderson, wherever she may be.

I’m going to join her in not voting for Mitt Romney this year.

Good grief man, tell me you really aren’t that far out of touch.

I note that you cannot show any part of the Constitution that grants legislative power to the courts.

What part allows the President to use the military for his personal whims?

None. It's to defend the American people and the Constitution.

It would only be a hurled insult if it was false. If I called you a liar, it was because you lied. :^)

Me neither. I just want one that will defend the rights of the people and their Constitution.

“I note that you cannot show any part of the Constitution that grants legislative power to the courts. “

of course not, never claimed other wise. The courts interpret the law. Yes there are examples of judges abusing their power.

Just as there are with Presidents.

“None”

Enough said. You advocate lawlessness which will destroy this Republic.
