I note that you cannot show any part of the Constitution that grants legislative power to the courts.

What part allows the President to use the military for his personal whims?

None. It's to defend the American people and the Constitution.

of course not, never claimed other wise. The courts interpret the law. Yes there are examples of judges abusing their power.

Just as there are with Presidents.

Enough said. You advocate lawlessness which will destroy this Republic.
