I don't know how to do a screen shot.... need help to make a screen shot of a page on web..
http://www.kw.com/homes-for-sale/30157/GA/Dallas/263-Southern-Oaks/3yd-FMLSGA-4322508.html
thx
I bought a house last year, but this is in CO, made an offer, they made a counter, I laughed, my realtor called them, they accepted my offer and the rest is recent history.
Yes. I figured if he had the ‘snipping tool’ he would know about it, but maybe not.
google “snipping tool” if ya have winders 7...most easiest way to screen shot...
that WAS the asking price— that site has not updated...price was dropped on 4/21 to 60K—realtor- KELLER whom site is at the link, emailed back saying we have to offer the 77k...- sounds like a game...
no accept or reject of offer— no counter offer— just an email saying we have to offer SEVENTEEN THOUSAND MORE!
as i understand they HAVE to at least submit the offer to the seller or bank...
If you’re flying a PC, simply hit the “Print Screen” PNT SCN, or some-such, and whatever is on your screen is copied to that invisible clipboard. Go to Paint or your favorite image software, select Edit and then Paste as New Image, or just paste, and save the result wherever.
lol where we at
Is that price a joke?
Was it your agent or theirs? I worked with an agent/realtor. So, that might be a difference. I should learn more about it.
ya— we made the offer yesterday at the price shown...suddenly today it is raised by 17k????
it looks like a great house. Were the previous owners murdered or did they just take pictures without cleaning up the home?
The seller should then turn around with a formal counter-offer.
It's been 30 years since I've had a real estate license but I'm certain that hasn't changed.
Awesome Screenshot?
BTW, what is wrong with the house? Seller or bank desperate?
Even here in eastern Iowa that house would list for 6 digits.
Built on an old Indian burial ground?
Is it a short sale? Bidding war could be happening.
Looks like the prices are wildly volatile there in Dalla, GA.
not true
they advertised the price of the house at 60k— offer was made at 60k
they are legally bound to take that offer to the seller. PERIOD..
if the seller rejects- then the seller rejects...we sent them a form- asking it be filled out- the form states our offer, the date and requires seller signs...
they legally cannot change the price after the offer is made if the offer met their terms...
especially by 17K~
at least that is what every other realtor has told me...
but thx so much for eveyones help
