not true

they advertised the price of the house at 60k— offer was made at 60k

they are legally bound to take that offer to the seller. PERIOD..

if the seller rejects- then the seller rejects...we sent them a form- asking it be filled out- the form states our offer, the date and requires seller signs...

they legally cannot change the price after the offer is made if the offer met their terms...

especially by 17K~
at least that is what every other realtor has told me...

but thx so much for eveyones help

But the seller is not legally bound to accept it.

It’s:
haunted/the scene of a multiple bloody murders; built on an artesian spring; barely standing because the termites/carpenter ants-bees are just about done; it’s a federal wetland; right under the flight path/200 feet from the RR tracks-interstate; immediate neighbors are serial killers; lot is subsiding into a sink hole; ongoing boundary line litigation has first bankrupted then killed several prior owners; located close to a `pet cemetery and the ground is sour’; it’s a double-wide-actually just a large poster on poles; title more clouded/so burdened with liens you’ll never dig out.
These are just examples.
If the price seems too good to be true, there’s a reason. Trust me on this, ec.
