Better it than you! |
As has been said here and at finer places where patriots dwell, ObamaCare MUST be destroyed... now my friends the United States Supreme Court is about to do precisely that on this
oh-so-very-blessed day.
Of course I'm not the only one saying it: Rasmussen found that a majority of American voters are confident ObamaCare will be overturned, and though not yet a done deal, it is extremely doubtful that Anthony Kennedy has flipped, and that's just what blindered Obammunist members of the court (Ginsburg, Breyer, Sotomayor, Kagan) need to assist them in ramming this unconstitutional, budget-bloating power grab through the nation's last line of defense (instead of actually considering the legality)... the same way unprincipled Dems helped Dear Leader (while lying through his teeth) trample the legislative process in the first place.
Further evidence that sanity may be returning to this country at long-last is evident in the fact that some think it might even
go down 6-3 now... ouch. Obama himself surely must know he's in trouble here- how else to explain the unprecedented hectoring of the Judicial Branch over the previous few weeks.
But like the Newtster has long said -and Romney unfortunately hasn't the cajones (nor moral authority) to say-
'ObamaCare 'rushed through, was never reconciled, cannot be implemented... and is wrecking this economy.'
Indeed... what a shame this Frankenstein of a bill had to go all the way to the Supreme Court to be finally struck down
(at five minutes to twelve) on constitutional grounds... I guess blatantly unconstitutional, too expensive, 'wrecking this economy', and 'cannot be implemented' didn't concern anyone else in the Legislative Branch enough to do the right thing starting from day one all the way up until now.
So please pray for SCOTUS to finish the job (and twist the knife a couple times) today: let the unparalleled American system of constitutional checks-and-balances do what it was designed to do and consign this putrid power-n-tax grab to the dustbin of history... I would say 'where it belongs' if not for the fact that nobody had any business bringing such an illegal monstrosity into existence on Capitol Hill in the first place. History will undoubtedly record the whole sorry episode as an wholly-unnecessary waste of time, money, as well as a mountain of 'hopenchange' political capital.Seems the funeral pyre of the so-called 'progressive' movement is now being stoked before us... and I'm plenty stoked about that...

Because Roberts gave the oath to the oaf, he is on record of admitting Obama is a NBC. Sure, we know a lot more now that proves Obama is a fraud, but even at the time Obama was inaugarated... Roberts knew Bammie was ineligible.
He should have refused to administer the oath.

Well, that’s how voting works... sometimes the swing vote falls in somebody’s lap, especially when there are blocks on both sides of the issue who aren’t budging

Today is the day that the Supreme Court takes up the SB1070 bill out of Arizona isn’t it? perhaps the FOX newsbabe (Rush’s description) might have mixed them up or been verbally incompetent! I don’t believe the news media to ever be trusted on ANY topic! VERIFY NOT TRUST!

You sure they weren’t talking about the Arizona hearing? There is NOTHING anywhere about this decision coming down today, but the coverage of the Arizona immigration hearing is all over the place. Generally, a decision on a case recently argued won’t come out until all this term’s cases come out in a flurry, just before the court recesses.

I corrected it, I think Megan got it crossed up in the pre break announcement and it stuck in my head
Not making excuses but I’m travelling due to death in the family and the week has melted my mind, honestly... I guess I easily believed her because I it was already weighing on my mind that I was out of the news loop a bit lately
Emotionally draining weeks have a way of making you stupid~

He doesn’t have the option of refusing. His only role was to administer the oath. He is not empowered to decide if someone is eligible.

I’ve said it before and will say it again. I think it will be 7-2, only Kagan and Ginsburg voting to keep it. Plus I won’t be surprised if it is unanimous.

I can't for the life of me understand why the Supremes aren't announcing their ruling asap given Obama's continued and escalated push-back with his $500M slush fund, proposed extra med-services tax, and enforcement goon hiring/housing.
They need to announce NOW.

Something was fishy when Roberts did a redo of the botched(?) public swearing in by having a private chamber swearing in and without a Christian bible I think. As for me a simple correction of wording could have/should have been done during the same public venue. It smells to this day.
