Unfortunately, the Judge ruled in favor of the State and effectively dismissed the Complaint.
Personally, I believe that this could be the result of the immense poisoning of vexatious and incompetent litigation that has plagued the Hawaiian court system, as this case should have been very easily won--if nothing but the law were considered. What other motivation could a state have for denying someone a photocopy of his deceased sister's original birth certificate? Developing . . .

Well, more proof that Hawaii is corrupt and does not follow their own laws.
The Uniform Information Practices Act (UIPA) has just been ripped to shreds. Courtesy of the “most transparent administration ever”.

Does ANYBODY have any doubts left about the judicial system being totally corrupt? At both the federal and state levels. Totally lawless.
They are eliminating all the legal pressure release valves, and anybody who’s used a pressure canner knows what has to come next.
They gave Virginia an amended bc two weeks after her birth and a number more than 400 past her birthdate...

This is an outrage!!!!!! I think we now know for sure whose BC was used for his.
This was just step one of what had to be considered from the outset to be the most difficult undertaking of a lifetime - after all, they are attempting to dethrone the most powerful man in the world.
One hopes they anticipated the next step and are prepared to bring in the big guns. Even then, the only path to any semblance of justice may be very the path by which he attained his throne - the public's right to vote in a substantially error-free election.
Did anyone realistically expect a different outcome???
I am now beginning to believe that there is no gun big enough to end this nightmare. This is indeed an outrage. And no one can blame Orly Taitz for this one. This is pure, unmitigated corruption.
