At National Prayer Breakfast, Obama grounds his controversial policies in the Bible. Tax hikes for rich [coincide] with Jesus's teaching. .... The president said he often falls to his knees in prayer, and emphasized the role of his religious values in determining where to lead the country.
"Id be remiss if I stopped there; if my values were limited to personal moments of prayer or private conversations with pastors or friends. So instead, I must try imperfectly, but I must try to make sure those values motivate me as one leader of this great nation."
Obama maintained that his call for the wealthiest to give up their tax breaks, he's doing so out of economic necessity, but also in line with biblical teachings.
"And I think to myself, if Im willing to give something up as somebody whos been extraordinarily blessed, and give up some of the tax breaks that I enjoy, I actually think thats going to make economic sense. But for me as a Christian, it also coincides with Jesuss teaching that 'for unto whom much is given, much shall be required,'" Obama said, noting Jewish and Islamic teachings say much the same thing.

The FR search feature is flawed, if you haven’t already discovered that, for the Nth time.
I tinks you are wrong. He said it himself....The president said he often falls to his knees in prayer, and emphasized the role of his religious values in determining where to lead the country.
Ever so true
....... and as a true politician he neglected to mention that he prays to the east, 5 time a day. Thats our Bammer!
So now Obama is trying to instill his theocracy?
What does the Bible say about steeling and coveting?
Obama is a moron.
Fixed the headline!
The president said he often falls to his knees in prayer, and emphasized the role of his religious values in determining where to lead the country.
*******************
Don’t most Muslims “fall” to their knees in prayer several times a day? It’s obvious his religious values are guiding where he “leads” the country.
obama’s in a big heap of trouble!!!!
obama’s in a big heap of trouble!!!!
People that are stupid enough to believe that crap are the ones stupid enough to vote for that Antichrist anyway.
I am appalled at his quoting from the Bible. I do remember that every knee shall bow and every tongue will confess but doubt that he does.
Lost traction blaming Bush and had to upgrade.
22 Many will say to me on that day, Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles? 23 Then I will tell them plainly, I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!
The Devil in the White House also quotes Scripture as his father, Satan, quotes to Christ:
``Then the devil taketh him up into the holy city, and setteth him on a pinnacle of the temple, 6: And saith unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written, He shall give his angels charge concerning thee: and in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone``
Does this mean Obama is more Christian than George Washington, and all the Founding Fathers who created the federal government and did not push mandates like this and require federal taxpayer dollars to fund 99 weeks of unemployment and all the social programs we apparently can only ever make more of and never decrease spending on?
Marxist pus-bag. Don’t take any biblical advice from marxists.
To think a buffoon like this is president
Guy gets worse every day
What Jesus really said;
Luk 19:24 And he said unto them that stood by, Take from him the pound, and give [it] to him that hath ten pounds.(And they said unto him, Lord, he hath ten pounds.)
For I say unto you, That unto every one which hath shall be given; and from him that hath not, even that he hath shall be taken away from him.
Former Gov Charlie Christ.
That is who he was thinking about.
I saw that pic of him shaking hands with Christ, holding his arm in a dominant position and thought, yup, deys gonna do it.
