With Obama ruling against the Keystone XL pipeline, he continues a direction which he has maintained from the very beginning, and will only accelerate should he win again in November. Think about some of the major actions of this administration:
1. A huge stimulus bill, most of which went to his supporters. If you look at where most of the money from the bill went, it went to businesses which supported his campaign, it went to businesses with union employees, it went to businesses which were ideologically aligned to his vision during the auto bailouts, there were underreported reports that more car dealerships run by Republicans were shut down than those run by Democrats

Boy those make me think of something akin to "Morality Police" -- Obama's Morality Police . . . I was thinking that "Obama's Morality Police" is a good name for the MSM (whom I still think of as Obama's servile, complaisant, undistinguished media, SCUM) but Morality Police-like intrusions are much broader than what SCUM employees do.

Here is this economist’s assessment of Obama’s SOTU speech on Tuesday. Pretty funny actually.
I have been saying this for 3 years now. If he were simply an inept President like Jimmy Carter, once in a while a decision he made would have some benefit for the U.S. The law of averages says that. OTOH it seems like EVERY decision, every policy, even the way he conducts himself to enemies and allies overseas, is calculated to make the U.S. look weak.
As inept as Carter was, could you imagine him bowing before a Saudi king, or dithering for 3 days while two 2-bit Somali pirates held an American ship captain hostage even as Navy snipers had a clear shot at them?
