Hi everyone. Just wanted to say I finally got the boot from gather.com . Just wanted to say that you would figure a blog site would want to put fair rules to everyone on a site. But sadly gathers support person Erik Edson, Team Gather, Aka " Chuck McGuire" Gather.com Member Support (Yeah these two people are really the same person.) has been very biased in his dealings on gather. Yes I was warned four times about minor issues where I had seen similar comments by the leftards in which none of them received warnings on. I would like to show my four warnings and my response will be in parentheses

I’m contacting you today because one of your recent comments amounts to hate speech, which is prohibited under Gather’s Content Guidelines. We have deleted the comment, which was posted on the article Sharia Law is Evil and Wicked.
“I am on the side of the victims of 9/11, I am with the victims of the Fort Hood shooting. I am for exposing Islam for what it is. A religion of hate that treats women like crap. My fight is against people like Cathi, Jerry, and Joyce who are nothing more then leftists who side with the Muslims who hate Capitalism, and want to see nothing more then the destruction of it.”
Also, a few of your comments to Jerry Kays were out of line and defamatory, specifically these:
“Your comments don't appear to me that you are promoting peace. They appear to be inciting hatred against people who point out the bad parts of Islam.”
“Jerry you pretend to be a man of tolerance, when in fact your comments would say other wise. Find me a tolerant man, and there you will also find a man with no values. Your words speak for themselves, Jerry. Keep pretending, but everyone can see your hatred in your written words.”
“Stay in denial Jerry. But your words speak volumes about your hatred, the only one not noticing it is you. You are a good leftist are not you Jerry. If you had a wish, you would wish for the death of intolerant people, sadly you would die with that wish. Go ahead Jerry and spread some more of your hatred, in hope that everyone conforms to your beliefs.”
“Oh look now Cathi has to resort to the exact things she is blaming me and Jim for. Sadly Cathi would rather protect the evil doers of this world. Very sad, sad, person.”
Thomas, please reply back if you have any questions about this. Yours were not the only comments removed from that particular thread, others were also at fault. I must remind you that persistent violators of our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines/Content Guidelines may have their accounts removed, so please let me know if there’s anything you don’t understand about our policies.

It’s interesting how you so firmly believe that Gather staff’s “bias” is the source of all your problems on Gather, and here you give us a perfect example of a comment that is so obviously abusive I did not expect it coming from you. It is highly defamatory and wrong for you to accuse someone of being “interested in seeing innocent children aborted.” Lori may not agree with your views on the right to have an abortion, but it is out of line for you to ascribe an interest in killing children to someone simply because they are pro-choice. This is unacceptable and in the future, if you do decide to keep your account, you and Lori will be separated. From this point forward, do not contact her or publicly talk about her in any way or your account will be removed, and she will refrain from the same.

(Interesting seeing that the liberal progressives don't consider abortion as killing babies, I mean unless they can make a violation of TOS rules out of it. Also this lady Lori had admitted in the past that she had worked for PP.)

Based on the entire comment thread that you reported to me, we wouldn’t be out of line removing you both from Gather. Karl, because his comment was simply horrendous, and you, because even though you’ve received a “final” warning, you decided to start picking on Karl with comments like “Karl I like your new avatar who is she, your wife” and “But really who is the gal in the Icon picture of yours?????? Is she the gal you were dating when you were a teenager??????”
We’ll give each of you one final chance. Please understand that this really will constitute your last warning. We will not abide any further abusive comments from you.

(Sure they are able as a private company to throw out who the will and that is fine with me. I am not asking anyone to feel sorry for me but want to show what Conservatives have to put up with at these liberal progressives own blogs sites. I have been called far worse names and have gone back and forth with the gather admin on the word "Teabagger" which is so loosely used and yet gather support Chuckie refused to take action. Please if you could just keep in mind to remember that the owners of these sites should be allowed to have whatever content they want on it, but we have a choice whether we will use the advertisers of these sites. I am not calling for a boycott of the advertisers as it is to late for that. I am asking that we just stop completely giving to these advertisers and let their liberal progressives who make up only 21% of the country to support them. If given a chance please look at the advertisers at gather.com and any other leftard site and just say no. Thank You.)
