Yes, Newt Gingrich is more dangerous to the well-being of the United States, and our people, than Barack Obama. Thats a strong statement, and I intend to prove it!
There are many ways to prove this.
Ill use Newts actual voting record, as well as his many positions that run counter to whats best for the Republic. Ill also talk about his abilities to persuade otherwise intelligent people to follow him into the abyss.
You see its this ability to take the hard lefts positions, and carefully re-word them, making them sound like conservative positions, that makes Newt such a threat. Newt knows the language of the Conservative, though hes never been one. He knows the words that excite the Conservative mind. And this is the real key to it all.
Well get to Newts lengthy record as a progessive in due time, but I want readers to fully understand its Newts highly developed skills as a con man that should worry all Americans. Its THE reason his is so dangerous.
Barack Obama is a communist. Hes the most radical president weve ever elected. More radical than progessives Teddy or Franklin Roosevelt, more radical than LBJ or Carter. The nations only saving grace is: Obama is a bumbling fool, who can barely string two sentences together.
Obama has little skill in actual governing, so as bad as he is, much of his agenda [thankfully] hasnt come to pass. Obama isnt a leader, and simply cant get things done. Hes also a bit on the lazy side, and would rather just go play and enjoy the all the perks that come with the office.

I don't know about that. I really had battles with the pisser, but I'll have to pay more attention to lazlo.
Both of those positions are illogical.
I saw that interview and Newt did not call Paul Ryan a radical.
If you are going to defend your ripping of a candidate, at least stick with facts and not your version of what was said.
He has addressed that interview and you may disagree with his position, but deal in facts.
Michele Bachmann is the ONLY conservative...
But most republicans may not be conservative.. except on an issue or two..
YES.. I am talking about you!..
This is a negative? Hardly!

I WILL vote for the GOP nominee. If the nominee is Gingrich, I will vote for him. I want OBOZO gone before he completely destroys our Republic. Apparently you are okay with OBOZO.
The more I read about Newt and the more I listen to him, the more impressed I am with him.
Drivel like you cut and paste isn't having the effect you want.
HMMM lets see...Obama spent his entire life in the presence of Marxists, Communists, Terrorists and Chicago criminals. Newt Gingrich has was an Army Brat and spent his entire life in the presence of true Americans (not criminals) and pushing conservative ideas. Here is just a short list:
Speaker of the House - Forced Bill Clinton to the Right.
Americans Solutions Project - Promoted American Drilling Here and American Drilling Now!
Citizens United Series - Rediscovering God in America, Rediscovering God in America II, Ronald Reagan: Rendezvous with Destiny, We Have the Power, and Nine Days That Changed The World were all hosted by Newt Gingrich.
Oh and BTW that ethics thingy while he was Speaker was no more than a silly violation akin to a jaywalking ticket.
The Obama/Gingrich comparison is more analogous to Barney Frank and Jim DeMint.
I don’t necessarily support any of the Republican candidates, but since it’s the season of destroying every single Republican candidate by Republicans themselves, would someone please suggest the perfect Republican candidate? Waiting....
A ham sandwich could beat Obummer in 2012.
Current polls show him losing by 6 points, which is a landslide!
So why do we need to settle for some RINO, when a conservative will do better in the election AND not take us in the wrong direction once in office?
Picking our nominee based on who the media tells us has the best shot is what got us McStain and is also the rallying cry of the Romneybots.
What qualified Lincoln to be President? One of the talk masters yesterday discussed if Abraham Lincoln were running for President today, he wouldn’t have a prayer. He served one term in the U.S. House of Representatives, several terms in the Illinois legislature, was a defeated U.S. Senate candidate, was never a governor, had no college education, had a little bit of business experience, read well enough to become a lawyer and served as a Captain in the Illinois Militia. He ran for President, winning the election in a very divided (soon to be at war) nation. There have been historical questions about Lincoln’s personal life, and there were a lot of attempts to discredit him when he ran for office. It appears, that going into 2012, we’re looking for that Republican candidate who is perfect. Perhaps we should realize that someone as imperfect as Lincoln could do the job somewhat competently.
Am amazed at the hypothesis here; and that any intelligent - rational - thoughtful person; would buy into the drivel here.
(wikipedia)In 2003 Newt founded the Center for Health Transformation to develop a 21st century healthcare system that is centered on the individual, prevention focused, knowledge intense, and innovation rich.
This is not a 'not for profit' but rather a 'for profit' company and Newt is not on the take per fees paid! Much written here to give a sinister cast to Newt's endeavors. Words that 'share' like 'buying influence'; "gaining access" etc. and ad nauseum. All to say; Newt; per truth of the matter; did not TAKE money from his special interests; he was paid by clients; and these legitimate fees paid were not to push mandate per health care; they were to find solutions to the threats that were already embedded in our healthcare system. (His 'mandate' was a choice between insurance or bond so that no matter how poor someone is; or how rich; all contribute to the costs of their personal health care. Novel idea; for sure; but not a Liberal one.) A Bond MO; that the very Conservative, Heritage Foundation; endorsed.
The author of this article thinks he doing a 'gotcha' on Newt; when in fact; the entire impetus only reveals this writers ignorance. He dismisses Newt's experience by referencing him as no more than a 'House Historian' taking advantage; reaping ill-gotten monies; when in fact, Newt has been involved in Health Care since his Congressional days. He was the only man in Washington who actually knew and understood the problems that so challenged our health care system; and who had a 'working knowledge' so as to come up with some workable solutions.
Newt worked often throughout his tenure, with Health Care Providers/Advisors across the country, trying to solve problems that threaten to collapse our health care system. And he knew the problems; and he had solutions; it was/is a work unfolding. Newt does know, 'what of he speaks'.
Critics; like to say, that Newts ideas no different than Obamas. Of course, they come from an entirely different well of inspiration; whereby Newt values the individual and his own empowerment and freedom; whereby, we know that Obama, Inc. i.e. 'the Left' work from the precise opposite premise. Whereby, there is nothing more expendable than the individual and individualrights.
Obamacare, of course; invites even more 'individual' and 'collective' abuse; as it guarantees a rationing of care. An MO that does not fit into Newts ideas for health care/reform.
(As to Fannie and Freddie; again; legitimate consulting and fees paid; but his advice 'not taken'. They preferred, it seems the more optimistic and 'false' readings from Democrat paid consultants; as opposed to Newt's advice that all was doomed to fail; because of their free-wheeling/free-for-all mortgaging MO. He predicted the bubble and it's implosion.)
How off track; does one have to be; to look at Newts body of work; and see an impostor for Freedom? Do you really think this man who was raised in the Military and on Military Bases is a communist? the Professor who long taught at a Military College? Pulleeeze!
Here are just a few of his recent speech titles see anything resembling Obama in here? Or a communist mole?

This is what he said.
I dont think right-wing social engineering is any more desirable than left-wing social engineering, he said when asked about Ryans plan to transition to a premium support model for Medicare. I dont think imposing radical change from the right or the left is a very good way for a free society to operate.
Sounds to me like he called his idea radical and in turn called Ryan radical. Do you think the plan warrants the tag "Radical"? If so, you are in good company with the RINO wing. Enjoy.
Millions of people think Lincoln was the worst president ever.
The Ryan plan is by definition a radical change from the present, that doesn't mean that radical is bad, it is just very dramatic.
Radical can be bold and courageous not mean and evil.
But in any case, Newt didn't call Paul Ryan a radical.
A ham sandwich could beat Obummer in 2012.
Current polls show him losing by 6 points, which is a landslide!””
You don’t get it. Splitting and splintering obuttface’s opposition is the goal of the left and they got the old media fraudsters to facilitate the process.
I heard Levin on that and it was a veiled defense of Cain. There are two problems I saw with that argument. For one, Lincoln was nominated by a smokey back room of GOP political insiders. There was no Primary system like there is today. If we were to let the elitist pic our candidates, like they did back then, a room full of Karl Roves would push McLame and Mittens style candidates all day long. Reagan would have never gotten a shot. Secondly, the defense was more on the lack of experience and background and not actual that we have with Newt.
I do not care about any of the personal problems the candidates have or may have. My concern is with their record and position shifts over the years. That is why I dislike Mittens and Newt shapes up to be the same way.
When the RINO wing of the party gave up on the Global Warming fight a few years ago because they thought that the public wanted it, they gave us regulations, high CAFE standards and stupid light bulbs. Newt was front and center in that. The Conservative movement was the only ones that stayed on it and we are winning that debate, no thanks to Bush, Newt, Rove, and that GOP House rep jerk in MI that outlawed the old light bulbs.
Do we really need to rally around anymore of this Progressive nonsense?
I guess you missed where Newt called on all recipients of consulting/lobbying money from Fanny and Freddy to return the money after the collapse, yet not a dime of his money was returned. As a matter of fact, we didn't even know he was involved with them till someone dug it up.
And if, ANYone reading here; thinks - or still thinks - they smell a rat - then can only suggest, that you check your attic. . .
I checked my attic. I guess this one is in mine and not yours. It is a big gov't solution to a non existant problem co authored with a left leaning zookeeper.
Contract with the Earth. (2007) A Contract with the Earth's is, broadly, a manifesto that challenges those on the right to provide a strategy for repairing the planet and calls on government to embrace the concept that a healthy environment is required for a healthy democracy and economy.
Newt always accepts the premises of the Left and then puts some sort of Conservative spin on it. I don't want an effective Federal Gov't involved in this stuff. I want a weak feeble Gov't out of the way. This is why Newt is a Progressive technocrat much in the vision of Obummer and not in that of Reagan.
