Ginger White, who today announced that she had a thirteen-year affair with Herman Cain, was the defendant in a libel suit this year. A judge ruled in favor of the plaintiff, Kimberly Bay, and stated that Ms. White had falsely libeled Ms. Bay. Ms. White reportedly lost the suit because she did not even bother responding to the case.
Ms. Bay had also sought a temporary stalking protective order against Ms. White, citing harassing emails, texts, and defamation of character. This case, however, was dismissed.
When asked about the libel suit in her interview with Fox Five, and why she should be trusted, Ms. White responded, "Well, because I admit it. Whatever happened with Kim and I, um, happened. Just as, what, what, there would make no sense to come out with these allegations against Herman if it absolutely wasn't true."

“eeek... looks like a photoshopped womans head on a mans body.”
No kidding - creepy. Maybe a tranny???
LOL!
that leaves 2 possibilities.
1. Cain is guilty of “something”
2. Cain is surrounded by idiots that he refuses to fire.
or Jeremiah Wright even!
“I’m really concerned about supposed conservatives failing to read the news carefully and just piling on with these accusations.”
I know - every one of them on FNC led their shows this evening with this. And, not that he’s a conservative, but Shep Smith was disgusting when he took such relish in dramatically “covering” the story, telling the reporter/interviewer of Ginger, “hey, really good get!”, congratulating him on his “journalistic reporting”.
Ugh.
Moo.
Well, think about it - what could this woman’s motive be to come forward after so many years just at this particular time? To do her “civic duty”? And in Herman’s 40 year career, he just suddenly got wilder than a March hare only during the brief few years at the National Restaurant Association?
Get it through your head. Perry is NOT going to win either. They will release stuff on the Texas Emerging Tech Fund, and Perry’s days are over.
the morning news said she was served an eviction notice this past month.
“Its clear his opponents are terrified of him.”
That’s exactly what it shows. Rush is right when he says that the contemptible left cannot afford to have Cain do well on his own without them “ala” Sharpton, Jackson, etal. Any black must be on their plantation before he can do well.
Gosh, who’d have thought it? According to the left/Herman’s terrified opposition, Herman is or will soon be in Wilt Chamberlains’s league of womanizing.
What if I ran for office (it almost happened once) and the Atlanta Journal Constitution (no friend to conservatives) started trolling for some of these people to come forward with accusations? Ever heard of a jailhouse snitch?
I would be helpless to do anything but deny the lies, and in YOUR eyes, I would be guilty.
Just cool your jets and wait for some proof. Given the strong motivation here to defame the black candidate that could chip off some percentage of the monolithic black vote from Obama, I would be skeptical.
Here's my take on that:
The Democrats may well be behind this, in my opinion. If that's the case, we know what the sort of doctrinaire Marxist Democrats that Obama is and surrounds himself with think of conservatives and Republicans. They believe that all conservatives are closet KKK members who are racist to the core and just itching to believe all sorts of horrible things about black men.
So they are using the old Southern Democrat hot button spectre of the black man seducing white women - because they think it will work to discourage the "KKK" Republicans.
Actually of course they are projecting their own Democratic fantasies onto others.
But I think that's what is going on here. I am old Southern to the core, back for generations, and that stuff is completely passe' now, as laughable as the histrionics in Birth of a Nation. Decent Southerners discarded those rumors and images long ago.
The wildness of the accusations is one of the things that sends up red flags for me. The whole scenario seems like a bad piece of fiction written for a Klan rally at Stone Mountain. In fact, it's almost identical to a poem that was read by an old lady at one of those rallies . . . . pretty well known incident that's in a couple of books.
Liars lie. ANd she should be believed because she lied before but not now? Guilty of Libel. And her life is a financial, legal and moral train wreck. SHe hasn’t amounted to anything in life, and al she can do is bring Cain down. Lying trash.
Keep in mind that this supposedly happened during the NRA years. Why is that I wonder?
This woman doesn’t seem credible either.
Odd
I’m starting to get irritated.
What is the advantage for you, or for anyone in the long term, when you attempt to elevate slander and lies?
No, I haven't.
It is an interesting read.
Yeah her whole defense of being a proven liar is insane. “I lied before and libeled someone but I have no reason to now.” Really you found plenty of reasons before
