Amen!
I invested considerable capital in SP; her agenda and approach to middle America resonated our heartstrings.
Let’s get down to the business at hand, now.
I’ll repeat what I said on another earlier post: I’m deeply disapointed, but not foolish enough to sit out the election or write in Palin if polling next November shows it is a close race.
But if the GOP also-ran is well ahead, or well behind, I will write in Palin’s name in a minute, and will under no circumstance send one nickel the GOP’s way. What limited ability I have to support candidates financially will go to worthy candidates; I’m done with the feckless GOP - it has truly earned the moniker, “the stupid party”. It is also hopelessly corrupt, if only slightly less so than the dems. All we’ll be doing if the GOP takes over in January 2013 is switching one set of cronies for another.
I’m trying very hard to buck up. Perhaps tomorrow, when my head stops swirling.
Thanks for the pep talk, Jeanette. You’re always a voice of reason.
What conservative can't figure out some of the factors? I mean, seriously. Is this really that hard?
