TV Girls I Had a Crush On When I Was 15

When I was 15, it was 1968, so at that time it might have been Goldie Hawn from Laugh-In.

But a little later, in the 1970s, it would definitely be Lynda Carter from Wonder Woman and Cheryl Ladd from Charlie's Angels. (Jaclyn Smith close behind.)

In the 1980s it would be Dana Delany from China Beach.

You should have seen Stefanie back when she did The Girl from U.N.C.L.E

Annette Funicello, does that date me? It was the best reason to watch Mickey Mouse Club.

I can't believe no one has brought up Ellie Mae yet.

And what about Petticoat Junction?

Interesting to see posts referencing Mama Cass and Karen Carpenter so close together.

Kind of makes me think that if Mama Cass had only given Karen Carpenter her sandwich they might both be alive today.

How often do you see an actor/actress with a reasonably authentic handgun grip? Either she’s a shooter, or the show had one as a consultant.

Unfortunately, you wouldn't have been her "type."

How do you know that? Opposites attract. I am somewhat ugly and what some people would call a “reactionary, paleo-con”. I am sure that Kristy, being all Hollywood and everything, would have been irresistibly attracted to me and we would have had very intense political spats followed by mad, passionate love-making....Don’t try to dissuade me from this illusion because I won’t have any of it. LOL

Thanks for the pics. I didn’t get to watch much TV - but I recall always hoping that the Petticoat Junction episode might have a bunch of scenes with the girls. IIRC, I was usually disapointed!

And as a “crush” - it would have to have been the Jan, the middle(?) sister in the Brady Bunch. My first real-life crush looked a lot like her too!

Opposites attract.

Kristy is not attracted to opposites, if you know what I mean.

Oh....I get it. Well, in that case, she just never met the right, conservative, up-standing Freeper at the age she became confused about all that. :-)

Don’t give up your dream so easily! There are medical procedures now that will make you more, how shall I say, “compatible” with Kristy. So there is still hope; it just depends on how badly you want it....

You first. LOL.

I haven't had a crush on her since before Atari came out. I am quite content now with the wonderful woman I married some time ago.

The 80's is in the house:

Elizabeth Shue

Phoebe Cates

Apollonia Kotero

Courtney Cox

Heather Locklear

Michelle Pfeiffer

Kim Basinger

Morgan Fairchild

That was the warm up band. The all-time undisputed TV girl I had a crush on when I was 15:

Erin Gray (Buck Rogers in the 24th Century)

Gale Storm had a great voice.

You'd be nearly as old as I am... "Dark Moon" and "Ivory Tower" did me in, at about nine or ten years old...
