It's alright! We love candidates that adore amnesty here on Freerepublic. We also like it when they impose Big government EO mandates on the general population concerning matters of health care. Like vaccines for noncontagious diseases.

We want those people in the party, heck we want them to get the nomination!

Wahhhh!!! Stop the Ron Paul hate!!! I'm not going to read what you posted because it comes from a far-left sight and you just hate Ron Paul.

Here's a picture of Ron Paul as an air force veteran isn't he dreamy.

Stop attacking Ron Paul unless what you really want is a second term for Obama. is that what you want?! Are you in the pocket of George Soros?!

it has been demonstrated many times it is impossible to establish perfect border security.

No supporter of border enforcement believes that it is possible! It's certainly possible to have much better border security, though. It's impossible to have perfect national security; does that mean we should abolish the military? Does the fact that perfect enforcement of criminal law is impossible mean there's no point in having a police force?

R P's three point illegal immigration plan.

Step 1:
Don't build a fence an invisible high tech virtual fence is much better than a physical fence. Kind of like how pictures of food taste much better than actual food.

Note videos below to support claims of how RP supports Obama/Napolitano style virtua fence over a ‘ridiculous’ actual fence. Pfft! There's that actual fence nonsense again!

Step 2:

Why do we need a physical fence when were just going to allow for a guest a worker program to suppress American wages.

Wouldn't we be wasting money doing that, listen amigos in this economy we can't be wasting that kind of dinero.

Step 3:

Offer in residence tuition rates and access to taxpayer funded scholarship programs to illegals so that they can increase their earning potential allowing them to further help out Americans by taking the jobs that American just don't want.

Well so is Perry.

He is for Comprehensive Immigration Reform.

He is against AZ1070.

He is Against a Border wall/fence.

He is against E-Verify.

So I expect that Perry supporters will be honest about their candidate and admit his flaws on these matters.

I’ve heard the libertarian position on immigration expressed a number of times as: Any immigrant who can come to the US and not become a ward of the state, i.e., be self-supporting, then an many as desire to come should be allowed. No limits.

And that sounds about like what RP is saying in so many words.

They all scream and shout we want to save America; we want to save money; then they all turn around and embrace amnesty and put us into debt 50 more times as usual. I think I see more global brats that are showing.

Legal immigration is easily handled. Allow more immigrants, but they have to have the means to ensure they’ll never be a burden — a job offer with a bond posted, wealth, or needed skills.

Treat each one as parolees with mandatory check-in with employer and parolee every month and expense of parole program paid for by the immigrants. Tracking anklets should be monitored automatically.

Pay local law enforcement to round up illegals and charge the cost of deportation to the employers that hired them. Any children must be fostered to legal resident relatives or must go as well. People deported through this process will never be allowed to immigrate legally. So volunteering for an orderly self-deportation has a real benefit — not being permanently barred from future legal immigration.

And what do you propose instead of amnesty? Remember, there are 12 million plus in this country illegally. It is a math question I am asking you?

Rep. Ron Paul (R-TX) was first elected in 1976 but has never authored any legislation to stop illegal immigration. This has occurred despite the fact he represents Texas which has the nation’s longest border with Mexico.

This is so lame. Tell me what candidate has authored any such legislation or even made so much as a whimper on this issue. This is supposed to be a place for serious discussion not a place for shills from other candidate's camps. Everyone knows shills invade this site but when it is as blatant as this it is really insulting.
