In a February 13, 1818 letter to H. Niles, John Adams wrote:

“But what do we mean by the American Revolution? Do we mean the American war? The Revolution was affected before the war commenced. The Revolution was in the minds and hearts of the people; a change in their religious sentiments, of their duties and obligations…This radical change in the principles, opinions, sentiments, and affections of the people was the real American Revolution.“

The first “shots” of the Second American Revolution have not been fired, but the battle lines have been drawn.

There is now a radical change in the principles, opinions, sentiments, and affections of the American people.

Petitioning the current Congress for the redress of grievances is futile. Members of Congress have turned a deaf ear to the voices of their constituents.

The present occupiers of the US Government openly violate the Constitution, are hopelessly corrupt and politically correct, have brought us to the brink of bankruptcy, have opened our borders to illegal immigration and have permitted a fifth column promoting Sharia law to infiltrate our society.

They can no longer be trusted as guardians of our posterity.

Not a week goes by without yet another document analyst claiming that his Certificate of Live Birth presented by Obama at his press conference on April 27, 2011 is a forgery.

Yup! I have never heard where one of the ‘Obots’ try and say that the Constitution is wrong. They say that it has been changed by the SCOTUS in ‘WONG’.

They would have us believe that all the other bills in the House was just to let “naturalized” citizens become eligible for potus.

To be an un-Constitutional dicta squinting Obot, twisting through obvious rulings from our past supreme court decisions, are of a member in America I do not understand.

If Obama thinks he can get away with the Obot sisters on his elected SCOTUS, and rulling in this matter, I may join.

it gets tiresome when the crowd of people who stumble in these debates build another arguement.

The argument is over the extent to which the vagaries of foreign law control who the United States considers to be or not to be a natural born citizen, something that's very much the subject of these debates.

Do you say you can get a passport from Italy per request, no questions?

I say that under Italian law, I"m already considered an Italian citizen, and that if I fill out some paperwork and supply the paper trail of birth records and marriage records back to my great grandfather, the Italian government will recognize me as such and give me an Italian passport. I'm not sure what your link to a private company's page of links to various US passport and immigration forms has to do with anything.

Really? What have I done? I haven't gotten an Italian passport. Should I have gone to the nearest Italian consulate as soon as I learned about this (about two years ago) and renounced my Italian citizenship?

If you apply for and receive an Italian passport basing your request on Italian citizenship, then in the parlaince of natural born citizenship you’ve effectively renounced your USAA natural born status and have chosen mere dual citizenship status. As it applies, if Barry your bastard used Indonesian citizenship to apply for college entry or tuition or a passport, then he too renounced any claim for NBC status. That you continue to argue for your bastard pResident is interesting.

I’m not arguing for Obama. I’m arguing for a logical, consistent theory of what is considered natural born citizenship. One of the main birther legal theories is that, because British law considered Obama a citizen, he’s not a NBC for the US. Now I’m told that, even though Italy considers me a citizen, I’m still NBC until I perform the overt act of applying for a passport.

The congress critters from both partys tried to change the meanign of the Constitution from two citizen parents and born on US soil. We see why with the election contest between McLame and barry the bastard. Nether actually fits the original meaning of NBC. But in our modern world, the dickie curbins of the world want the meaning to be ‘flexible’. If the subPreme court rules on it evr, it may become flexible, but it currently means a child born to citizen parents and on US soil. The framers were purposely setting the bar the highest for the highest office int he land. Your barry pastard pResident has proven folks like you are content to have the Constitution and the framer’s intent flexible for utilitarian purposes, kind of like the meaning of human being is flixible for the utility of slaughtering alive unborn children.

Simple question: Am I a natural born citizen? Keep in mind that I haven’t applied for an Italian passport, but Italy still considers me a citizen even though I was born in the US, my parents were born in the US, and all my grandparents were born in the US.

Is this your idea of a trick question, bubba? Of course you’re a natural born citizen. Your natality fits the founder’s parameters. But as little jeremiah stated, you could forfeit your NBC status by means already discussed.
