I’m not arguing for Obama. I’m arguing for a logical, consistent theory of what is considered natural born citizenship. One of the main birther legal theories is that, because British law considered Obama a citizen, he’s not a NBC for the US. Now I’m told that, even though Italy considers me a citizen, I’m still NBC until I perform the overt act of applying for a passport.

The congress critters from both partys tried to change the meanign of the Constitution from two citizen parents and born on US soil. We see why with the election contest between McLame and barry the bastard. Nether actually fits the original meaning of NBC. But in our modern world, the dickie curbins of the world want the meaning to be ‘flexible’. If the subPreme court rules on it evr, it may become flexible, but it currently means a child born to citizen parents and on US soil. The framers were purposely setting the bar the highest for the highest office int he land. Your barry pastard pResident has proven folks like you are content to have the Constitution and the framer’s intent flexible for utilitarian purposes, kind of like the meaning of human being is flixible for the utility of slaughtering alive unborn children.
