Broke link. Try again.
And check this out...
447 - As I understand it the Ark case did
not make him an
actual natural born citizen making him Constitutionally eligible to run for POTUS, it just gave him the same rights
as one.
I didn't emphasis "not" in that reply. Now look at the response...
448 -
IF a naturalized citizen is considered as, or EQUAL TO a natual-born citizen, as you claim, then a naturalized citizen is eligible to run for President of the United States.I never made the claim that a naturalized citizen was eligible to run for POTUS.
He completely blew past the last part of my sentence...it just gave him the same rights as one...in an attempt to "make a point".
Dog Runs Circles.

So when is it the time for a state elections board to vett a candidate the democrap machine posts as their primary candidate(s)? What moment in time can we start watching these duplicitous slugs ignore the laws of their respective states and allow the won on their ballots for primary then general? It probably varies with each state. I would continuously contact the state election board and ask when they have received Nancy Pelosi's assurance that he's eligibile. They probably can't convene a hearing until they've got evidence of a breach, (i.e. inadequate proof of eligibility.) I dare say that without some sort of law forcing them to look at specific information regarding eligibility, they will probably just put him on the ballot anyway. To make an issue of his lack of eligibility now, would be to admit they made a mistake in allowing him on in the first place. I cannot conceive of bureaucrats willingly admitting that they made a mistake.
It might be possible to bring a suit against the election officials for failing to establish legitimacy, but if an individual has not standing to sue against an illegal President, then the courts will probably rule they don't have the standing to sue an election board either. (for not doing their job.)

I made an exception recently, but you should know that based on your past complete, total incivility I really have absolutely no desire to correspond with you at all. As you like. One would think that an internet denizen of your experience would be past the point of taking faceless incivility seriously. I do however notice that your position gives you an excuse not to answer the questions. Clever tactic that.

See, I wrote
447 (9:56:11) as
a supplement to
445 which I had posted just seven minutes earlier (9:43:59) as the "To 445" in 447 indicates. I even included both names in both replies.
The reply
to 445 came at 10:25:32 in reply
448. The reply to 447 came at
450 at 10:38:33.
Now, I don't know about you, but when I see that I've got replies I'm smart enough to see if there is more than one on the same thread. I read all of them and
then respond. I guess some people don't think that way.

I’m the same way, you have to read through just to catch up with the context of the comments.
I really am at the point now where I just skim through or skip troll posts.
After going back and reading what you sent to me, I am now forever convinced I was right to do so.
That guys circular logic will make your eyes and brain bleed...yikes!

It’s a long one for sure, but one of the best I’ve ever seen here.
There really is some amazing research and posters on it.

You're such a tease. Now you know I'm going to have to take the time to read it with that comment if for no other reason than to further my knowledge.

I don’t look at it as the state folks making a mistake so much as I view it as the states were defrauded, scammed, obamaized by Pelicanosi and the DNC criminal enterprise. The registry folks in HI, supposedly his home state, would not give him a pass and Pelican Nose forced him through without actually being verified by the state election folks, IIRC.

NP! I love you all. Now that I feel warm and fuzzy. ;0)
Don’t let Mr. Rogers tell you being wrong and gay is OK.
As LEO stated:
How the heck can a ‘SUBJECT OF THE BRITISH CROWN’ even be considered a “natural born Citizen’!
WOng’s parents would have become citizens of the USA if they could have.
but that was when we respected other nations laws, WONG was stoped at the re-entry and told he was a subject to China’s emperor and had no right to re-enter.

What really burns my bicuits, is how Mark Levin, who acts as though he is Mr. Constitution; who is our best freind when it comes to ‘Anchor Babies’ and the act of having illegal tresspassers sneak into our hospitals...He reckognizes that the only reason we use state funds to educate the illegal tresspassing offspring, was decided by a state that ruled how Texas school systems did not reckognize enough damage to the state to deny state funds transfered to illegal tresspassing offspring enough to deny educating them. (wimk-wink)
Where did the dis-connect start?

I generally read a reply, and then respond to it, then read the next one.
As shown by my last two posts.
As human beings, we tend to assume that other people think like us. That usually isn’t the case. People have different thinking styles and ways of processing information.
