In a February 13, 1818 letter to H. Niles, John Adams wrote:

“But what do we mean by the American Revolution? Do we mean the American war? The Revolution was affected before the war commenced. The Revolution was in the minds and hearts of the people; a change in their religious sentiments, of their duties and obligations…This radical change in the principles, opinions, sentiments, and affections of the people was the real American Revolution.“

The first “shots” of the Second American Revolution have not been fired, but the battle lines have been drawn.

There is now a radical change in the principles, opinions, sentiments, and affections of the American people.

Petitioning the current Congress for the redress of grievances is futile. Members of Congress have turned a deaf ear to the voices of their constituents.

The present occupiers of the US Government openly violate the Constitution, are hopelessly corrupt and politically correct, have brought us to the brink of bankruptcy, have opened our borders to illegal immigration and have permitted a fifth column promoting Sharia law to infiltrate our society.

They can no longer be trusted as guardians of our posterity.

Not a week goes by without yet another document analyst claiming that his Certificate of Live Birth presented by Obama at his press conference on April 27, 2011 is a forgery.

The immigration files for three of Wong Kim Ark's four sons are available for public viewing at the Pacific Region office of the U.S. National Archives and Records Administration in San Bruno, California. A copy of Wong Kim Ark's immigration file can also be seen at the same office (the original file is locked away for safekeeping).

Oh... I should also point out that you've been reduced to attempting to establish United States Constitutional law by relying on the "authority" of museums and a web site run by a law professor who as recently as 2002 was a professor NOT of law but of political science -

- all while simultaneously ducking the actual points raised by the Supreme Court Justices in the relevant US Supreme Court cases.

Just like every other UNITED STATES CITIZEN (which even YOU admit he was) Wong had to pass through IMMIGRATION to enter the country.

Have you never left and returned to the United States? Is your experience that limited?

Entry of UNITED STATES CITIZENS back into their NATIVE COUNTRY is handled by CUSTOMS AND IMMIGRATION.

This is the ONLY US agency that is going to stop someone entering the country and make the claim that they aren’t a citizen.

If you should accidentally flush your US passport down the toilet on the flight from Mexico, or drop it just before entering the airplane that brings you back, believe me, you are GOING to have an “immigration file” opened on YOU, in spite of the fact that you are (presumably) a child born on US soil of two US parents.

Does that make you “naturalized?” Of course not.

But I’ve answered this more than once already.

Now you answer my questions.

You WON’T, because you CAN’T.

Why, yes, I have left and returned to the United States!
I went to numerous foreign countries when I was in the Navy. Go directly to the pier and pass "IMMIGRATION". (you were not concise and that's not my fault)
I even went to Mexico many times and came back with nothing more than my DL and Mil. ID. Unless, that is, you consider a walk-through checkpoint at the border "IMMIGRATION".

Why should I believe you? Are you an immigration lawyer or are you speaking from personal experience?
Besides, I have other forms of identification and I would simply go to the embassy, as any Citizen traveling abroad should know, and jump through the necessary hoops to get back home.

I have no need to be naturalized.

Oh, that's right! I keep forgetting that you couch your stuff in a surreptitious manner.
Of course, I would never be so stupid as to have placed myself in that situation. I know the value of a passport and would never handle mine in a slipshod manner as you've depicted.

The Founders only inserted the “natural born” clause because they had nothing else to do that day.

Don’t waste my time.

Persons, eligible for the Office of the President of the United States (POTUS), NEVER have first generation ties to a foreign nation, whereas ineligible persons always do.

ALL statutory citizens are born with a tie to another nation by birthplace and/or blood, but NEVER is that the case with natural born citizens who have only American ties.

As I understand it the Ark case did not make him an actual natural born citizen making him Constitutionally eligible to run for POTUS, it just gave him the same rights as one.

Here is a good summation of exactly what you just posted:

No matter what a naturalized person does they're always going to have an asterisk next to their name indicating what type of citizen they are (naturalized) even though they enjoy the same rights, except one, as natural born citizens.
