The state of Hawaii claims that the "birth certificate" for Barack Obama in its files – presumably the document that was copied and distributed by the White House – remains confidential.

The image released April 27 by the White House was described by administration officials as "proof positive" of Obama's Hawaiian birth.

At that time, officials in Hawaii's health department and governor's office refused to provide confirmation to WND that the image released by the White House accurately represented the birth documentation in the state's custody.

Now, officials have refused to respond to a subpoena requesting the birth record, citing confidentiality...

they have also altered their 1960-64 birth index so that it includes legally non-valid records in it.

What is your basis for this?

They usually do when we see that they do cartwheels defending Obama.

I doubt there is a constitutional right to get someone else’s birth certificate.

There is not only a right, but a duty, if that person presumes to be our President.

no prob. I agree that the issuance of a fraudulent Hawaii BC is a serious matter and should disqualify him from being re-elected, tho’ I’m not sure if it’s a crime. I would think that SS number hijacking and/or possibly posing as both a foreign student for college support and a US citizen for the Presidency would be a crime if they happened (they are suspected by many, but far from proved).

Oh I get. I see it and he has forfeited his right to any privacy. What’s your problem? You don’t want Obama to show any court his official birth records - that he placed on the White House website? Obama and you should have no problem doing so. Obama is showing the world that he published on a government website are the true and correct facts - right?

By “a while ago”, I mean earlier today. And it might have been only three, when I checked.

You’re so transparent it’s funny. What are you, the scrapings on the bottom of the barrel?

NOT SURE IT'S A CRIME???? It would be a crime if you or I did it.

I would think that SS number hijacking and/or possibly posing as both a foreign student for college support and a US citizen for the Presidency would be a crime if they happened (they are suspected by many, but far from proved).

Can't be proved until a court of law that is honest (ROTFLOL) takes a looksee, or someone/s decides to tell what they know.

By the way, did I mention how Woodrow Wilson Lied about keeping us out of war? It was in Fact, his campaign slogan for reelection. "He kept us out of war." Yeah, well he lied about that. He was another Pompous Ivy League Educated Smart @ss like the current idiot we have as Precedent.

As a result of Wilson getting reelected (through lying) he managed to entangle the United States in World War I. An event from which we had rightfully remained uninvolved up till then. Once he decided to go to war, he refused to tolerate any dissent. He sent federal goons around to arrest, harass, and imprison anyone who objected. J.Edgar Hoover got his start bashing heads for Wilson. Some were killed, some went to prison, but all of America went to war.

As a result, Germany could no longer maintain a Stalemate, and had to sue for peace, the terms of which guaranteed the massive bloodshed which came later. Wilson set in motion the machinery of World War II. His "League of Nations" became the corrupt U.N., and his support for the 16th amendment (Direct Taxation of citizens, and not even legally ratified at that) and the Fiscal Policies of John Maynard Kenyes (The Monetary version of his own Homosexuality, (Party hard and DIE!) ) coupled with an Abandonment of Specie based currency set the stage for further disasters down the road, and to which we are still currently dealing with today. The MONSTER of government began feeding on new victims, and the final horror of Wilsonian ideas has not yet been realized. The Democrat Party leaves a wake of death and destruction every time people are stupid enough to let it into power.

If you only posted a fake BC on your website, why would it be a crime? If you used it to get a passport or something of value, it probably would be, but not just for posting something photo-shopped on a website. And don’t tell me he got the POTUS job with it because that’s not true — he already had the job, and it was Nancy Pelosi who swore before he got it that he was ok for it, not BHO himself.

Suggesting that I overemphasized a statement as would a “junior conman” isn’t what I would call “friendly.” If you were giving me advice, it went unnoticed after the intended slight.

My original statement did not include the words “it’s a fact.” So your complaint that any normal reader would have inferred something from those words is not coherent.

My advice to you is not to confuse a comment that Obama did something as an assertion that he was legally required to do so.

Consider the following statement:

“The fact that Obama authorized the use of force against Libya is a legtimate argument that he has taken the United States to war.”

It is a fact that Obama authorized the use of force in Libya. That fact is not, in and of itself, an assertion that he did so with Constitutional authority.

Still not getting it are you, read the statute (HRS-338-18) and show us all where there is any waiver of privacy, I’ll make it easy for you, here’s the link to the Hawai’i legislation.

http://www.capitol.hawaii.gov/hrscurrent/vol06_ch0321-0344/HRS0338/HRS_0338-0018.htm

Might as well post the decision in Dred Scot V. Sanford. (that Slaves are property.) That would be consistent with your proffered notion that a legal precedent trumps a moral principle.

The weasel lawyerly (used derogatorily) technicality point goes to you. The Objectively and morally correct point goes to your opponent. You and Chief Justice Taney are birds of a feather; Supporting lawful evil against that which is fair and objective.

By the standards of the Science and Engineering community, the Legal community is a sick joke. They have raised what is to every logical person a fallacy of Authority, to become the principle of "legal precedent." (If we made this mistake in the past, we must continue to do so in the future!) Probably if lawyers were required to have an actual degree in reality (such as engineering) most of them would end up being fry cooks who shoot dice in the back room, because they simply aren't smart enough to get a real degree.

It is to their credit, that most of the great Lawyers in American history never went to law school. Law schools just seems to turn out idiots nowadays.

Barack Obama’s birth records are entitled to just as much privacy as Jack Ryan’s Divorce Records.

Find some source that says a President posting a forged birth certificate - and supposedly showing/handing to reporters - is not a crime. Especially when the forgery is obviously hiding something. What is he hiding, one wonders.

He first posted a forgery before the election. You’re getting way out there.

TIA.
