SWAT teams are the militarization of the police force to get around Posse Comitatus.
You may be surprised that other federal bureaucracies have deputized agents to act as police, like NOAA, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
My guess is that theyll be moving to Canada soon. With their conservative majority in government up there, I just may join them if Obammy gets a second term.
