P.J. O’Rourke: “We May Have To Shoot Democrats”

I’ll keep this short. I’m against gun control. Why? We tried it in Australia. By punishing law abiding citizens, we empowered criminals. Australia was safer in the 1950s when guns were treated as tools.

But I digress. Here’s another unique pro-gun argument made by the satirist P.J. O’Rourke in 2010’s Don’t Vote! It Just Encourages The B******s (page 165, if you must know):

Gun ownership is crucial to the preservation of American freedoms. We may have to shoot Democrats. It happened in 1861 and it could happen again. Just kidding. Sort of. But there are other important arguments in favor of gun ownership. What with the economy being like it is, I call my .38 Special “the MasterCard of the future.”

Another example: America’s NRA actively empowered African-Americans to fight racist DemoKKKrats.

“Why do I keep hearing Huma is beautiful?”

I call hogface on that dog!
Huma is one ugly hag, I don’t care what clothes you hang on her!
Plus Hillary has been riding that horse, so there you go!
A real Beauty! Yuck!!!!!

I’m in East Tennessee. I was not born in an American state. [Do you like riddles?] Guillotine is quick, efficient, and vituallty painless if the equipment is maintained properly. It also dispatches without fear of recovery. The only negative in its use is the sound of the blade falling, but that ends quickly.
