Susan Daniels is a licensed private investigator who has researched the use of the social security number currently being used by Barack Hussein Obama which she has determined was issued in the state of Connecticut, where Obama has neither lived nor worked. Daniels has stated that the number had originally been assigned to a man from Connecticut born in 1890.

Daniels is president of Daniels and Associates Investigations Inc., which is located in Ohio and was incorporated in 1995. Prior to opening her own company, Daniels worked as a private investigator for Friedrick Investigations in Lakewood, OH, including in the areas of medical malpractice, background investigations, and litigation support. She was also employed as a journalist for the Cleveland Plain Dealer for 17 years, covering Board of Health meetings, trials, local county commissioners’ meetings, and performing public records research.

With all the recent talk of BHO's friends having forged the PDF of his long form BC using a dead person's BC number, and with our recent 'education' on how PDF layers work, I thought I would re-visit the tax return that BHO put out publicly a year ago.

As I was browsing the layers on page 43, I happened to spin the top layer 90 degrees. To my surprise, the layer containing the white-out also contained BHO's signature!

Does that likely mean that BHO did NOT personally sign under penalty of perjury that this filing was truthful? It seems to me that the page was electronically signed by someone else.

Couldn't he also claim he did not 'use' the stolen Connecticut SSN if he personally did NOT sign the form? /s

had the same thoughts...but someone posted in the comments to the story that Obama’s grandmother would have had access to the death records and would know whether benefits were being distributed or not...and she finally found someone who died in HI that was not getting SS benefits so there would be no report to SS admin about the death

Another thing about the tax return. When it was first released , it was put up on Scribd. If you look at the properties of the PDF file it says :

Shortly after, it came out that his SS number was revealed.This is what the current version on the White House page says :

So,something was changed.

It appears that they are actual owners of the property although why they need 2-3 other people as co-owners is beyond me.

First, holding property in a state other than your home state in a trust is very common and it is something I recommend to all my clients. The reason is probate and for high net worth clients it is for estate tax purposes. When someone dies and they have property in their name in another state it requires that two probate courts have to be involved. The court where you resided when you dies and the court where the property is located.

Second, I am not a lawyer but it is common to see the trustee's names listed as owners and that many electronic records are so simplified that they may not be able to accommodate showing that the owner is actually a trustee. I would not be surprised that a summary document shows the Obama's and the trustees as if they were co-owners.

Food Stamp Act of 1977 (P.L. 96-58) required disclosure of SSNs of all household members as a condition of eligibility for participation in the food stamp program.

Privacy Protection Study Commission recommended that:

No steps be taken towards developing standard, universal label for individuals until safeguards and policies regarding permissible uses and disclosures were proven effective; and
Executive Order 9397 be amended so that Federal agencies could no longer use it as legal authority to require disclosure of an individual’s SSN. (No action taken.)

The Carter Administration proposed that the Social Security card be one of the authorized documents by which an employer could be assured that a job applicant could work in this country but also stated that the SSN card should not become a national identity document.

Federal Regs didn’t allow 13 year olds to legally work. Legal work age was 14. BR obviously broke the rules on the age limit so what makes you think they bothered putting him on the paymaster files? It was all under the table. Cheap help, greater profit.

There really is a simple explanation for CT social security number. The explanation is that someone in CT handled the application for him. All we really know for sure is that the number was applied for from a CT address.

He may have needed a SS number for any number of reasons and a bank trust department, a law firm, an accounting firm, a school, a relative etc could have handled the paper work for him. They could have prepared the application, got his signature or his mothers if a minor, submitted it and used their address. Any of these reasons would be perfectly legit.

The audio was revealing, illustrating real estate anf tax fraud the obama’s are involved in. Someone at SS has cleaned the records for the bassturd, because as recently as the twelfth of this months, there are no hits on that CT SSN. Yet we know it is on at least two of his tax returns. The criminal enterprise now runs all branches of government which could prosecute the criminality, so you will not see criminal charges on any of these lying anti-American vermin, and especially not the chief rat in the White Hut.
