Hoping Prosser wins there. Saw one ad that said she never claimed to be tough on criminals. Only in liberal la-la land...

If you live in Wisconsin it is important that you, your friends and your family get to the polls on Tuesday and vote for Justice Prosser. If you live outside of Wisconsin and have friends and family in Wisconsin you need to call them and encourage them to vote for Justice Prosser. Don’t just think about it - do it!

Kloppenberg is a government attorney (DNR)and has no experience as a judge. I don’t believe that she will follow the law.

Prosser is a well respected incumbent supreme court justice that follows the law. Former Gov Pat Lucey (D) was an honorary chair of his reelction committee.

This is Job #1 in WI now and has been for the past several weeks. Give Gov. Walker and the Republicans credit for knowing when to hold back and when to pick a fight. The unions and libs have been focusing everything on this supreme court election because they know that this their key to being able to un-do everything that’s been done. The Republicans have wisely avoided doing anything rash vs. the idiot Dane County judge that might impact next weeks election negatively.

I was visiting Madison yesterday.

They had a big rally there with the usual combination of union thugs, left over hippies, antediluvian corpulent lesbian couples, overpaid state workers and "progressive" students.

A bunch of students had dressed up as zombies and had signs like 'Not all Zombies watch Faux News" and "If Walker had any brains I'd eat them" and the usual drivel.

I'd never seen such concentrated stupidity en masse up close before.

Cheers!

I hope that the Tea Parties begin to pay attention to just how important judicial elections, particulary Supreme Court elections are. This state is just one example of a state where justice has been perverted by leftist politics, and this race is a perfect example.

If "rule of law" and "obligations of contract" are enforced in states, then 1/2 the work of trial lawyers and 1/2 the things that labor unions want are gone. If you cannot back out of clear contracts and judges cannot duck their oath to apply clearly written statutes, then there much of the lawsuit casino is closed down.
