Okay, many of you have learned some of the fundamentals of the art of couponing and you have gone HOG WILD! Suddenly you are stockpiling vast quantities of FREE (or almost free) stuff. However, you might also find out that you are quickly running out of space for storing all those freebies.
Welcome to the club. When I first began couponing in a big way nearly 2 years ago, I went overboard in the couponing department. Suddenly I had like a year's supply of toilet paper covering my walls. However, after a few weeks I had to ask myself whether I really enjoyed sitting down to dinner next to a wall covered with TP. The answer was NO. Therefore, after my TP supply began running low after nearly a year, I only stockpiled a modest amount which was completely hidden from view. My couponing skills have grown to the point where I never worry about running out of TP so I keep no more than about a 3 month supply on hand. Trust me, my tush will never do without TP because there are FREQUENT deals on TP as well as paper towels.

PING!
if this is about coupons please add me to the ping list :)
Is this a coupon ping list? Can I join?
Remember, to join The Coupon Whisperer PING List, you need only ASK.
Okay, I’m just a beginner, but I found that Walgreens has the Purel 3-in-1 laundry detergent BOGO @7.99 this week. I found a $3.00 off coupon in the inserts in today’s paper (the only thing the paper is good for, LOL). So that’s 2 for under $5.00 plus tax. Each package does 20 loads, which includes the fabric softener. With 4 kids, I do LOTS of laundry every week. ;)
Welcome aboard, PINGEE #199.
i want on the coupon ping list
I'm not going to ask how you got it to stick.

BTTT
Me wife and I have finally figured this out.
She is stacking t.p. in the closet and I have to find room for my stuff.
The tool shed works, and i spend more time out there now.
It works for me.
I was stockpiling things before I started couponing. Now, I just pay nothing or next to it for what I’m stockpiling. I don’t have to look at it while I’m eating dinner though. I’ve got lots of room for it all.
I bought about a year’s worth of deodorant last week with the Axe sale at Rite Aid. Arm and Hammer (we like theirs better than Colgate, which I also picked up because they paid me $1 a tube to take it out of the store) toothpaste too. That and many other things (about $300 worth) were paid for with the $30 I made buying Dove deodorant at Rite Aid.
This week, I’m ping-ponging the Arnicare deal with some Gillette proglide coupons I have at Wags. Unfortunately, they had to special order the Arnicare for me, so we’ll see how that goes.
Today at Rite Aid, I got 16 rolls of paper towels, 3 12 packs of diet coke, 4 big bottles of laundry detergent, and some assorted Johnson & Johnson’s baby stuff for $3.48 out of pocket.
What’s the deal on Kibbles and Bits? I like it when the dog eats free.
If you watch Rite Aid, there’s a deal coming on Combos in the next two weeks where they’ll pay you $.50 for each one you take out of the store. I plan on parlaying that into a few hundred dollars worth of stuff.
I guess I’ve fought it long enough, so please add me to the ping list. I’d also like to thank you. For some reason, a few weeks ago something you said just clicked with me and I ended up at the ‘iheart*’ sites. Then it all came clear and I was hooked! :)
LOL! Good one!
Add me please. Thanks
