What public records exist that can even demonstrate that Mrs. Obama was even at Kapi’Olani on the day of Barack’s birth? Talk at Kapi`Olani, would have been unabashed, the city of Honolulu at the time very racist towards black people.

It’s not like he was born with a halo. They didn’t know he was the future president at the time. I wonder how well you will remember a random stranger who crossed your path today 40 years from now.
It is the rudeness and aggression, along with repeated, documented cases of naked dishonesty, that most impresses me about ‘anti-birthers’ (so to speak). Why are they so virulent? It’s almost as if they are trying to silence us via overheated, relentless personal attacks—which indicates to me even they know there is a threat to Obama in the BC.
For example, the other day I posted a simple, honest, matter-of-fact personal experience that contradicted their ‘birthers are kooks and Obama is fine and dandy and oh-so-eligible’ meme. You would think I had set off a nuke on FR. They came after me like rabid pitbulls. The facts of the case did not matter to them at all. They just wanted to impugn ME for daring to mention it. I learned a lot that day, none of which will I forget.
I would be ashamed if that were my letter... only because the grammar is so far off that it is laughable. That poor grammar and sentence structure makes the case far less effective.

She went to Kenya BEFORE the 9th month, that is how it could have happened. I know people want this to go away as it embarrasses them to be associated with the people they call “birthers”. The problem is, people want to KNOW THE FACTS. This country has lied to the citizens MANY TIMES over the years. Our politicians have murdered in our name, hidden documents, faked attacks to get us into wars. Isn’t the important point that we as Sovereign citizens DESERVE all of the facts to be released? We NEED to see his college transcripts, his passport records, his original birth certificate, with ever present footprint. If this were a Republican, it would be an every hour story about how GW Bush would not open up his records to scrutiny. Those on the right have completely wimped out, and allowed him a complete pass. I don’t mean that elected officials need to talk of this, but they must have sources that can get information. They must have contacts in the news business, to spread the story third hand, so as to get the info out, without tainting themselves. The Democrats would do so.

Even granting it was an unusual circumstance, does that mean they’d have to remember it decades later? or associate it with the guy they see on their tv screens (hey, I know that mutt!)
Your comment had no pertinence, either. You think that Nixon would have "voluntarily" resigned had he not been targeted. Point is, he was run out of office for lesser reasons, rightly or wrongly. Hence MY question, what's YOUR point?
You would most certainly remember if you were at the birth of someone famous. As they became famous, you would recall a memory, or look up a record, and brag to friends that YOU WERE THERE. You are human aren’t you, and it is entirely human to want to mention that you are part of history, if even in a small way.
I’ve had a few children and the oldest is almost 40. I can remember quite a bit about my experience in the hospital after having each one. If a black baby had been born to a white mother and a very black father believe me it would have stood out in my mind. Ever see parents and grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins crowded around a nursery window? My daughter stood out from the other babies because she was born with a head of black curly hair. The nurses put ribbons in her hair every day. Believe it or not, many a nurse came by my room to see who the mother was who gave birth to that little girl with all the black curls.
I would be very surprised if a doctor remembered the name of very many of his patients 50 years later. If he did the prenatal visits and delivered the child and it was a very strange circumstance, maybe. Or if he delivered multiple children for that family or had a very small practice where it was a community thing. But if the child was delivered by whoever was on call, I doubt they would even think about the name. Even with the name of Stanley Ann, I don’t think a person would remember that necessarily.
I say that because I taught students for 7 hours a day 9 months out of the year 20 years ago and when I look at unlabeled photos of them I might remember their first name but hardly ever their last name. And that’s only after 20 years and I had the same 20 or so kids all year.
So I don’t find anything strange about a doctor not coming forward and remembering the birth. I’m with you on that one.
It’s actually kind of comforting to know that the medical professionals who have delivered my kids probably have an “if you’ve seen one you’ve seen them all” attitude. lol. If you’re still delivering babies I have to say that I envy you though. There’s something so beautiful about birth, in spite of the pain and sometimes problems.
I tried checking to see how long medical records are kept. For some reason 12 or 20 years sticks in my head for a legal requirement of how long they must be kept (can’t remember which). Different people have said in the smaller hospitals they don’t purge the records so there could be records from a very long time ago. So I don’t know what to expect as far as the medical records. But the confidentiality laws would have to be followed on medical records. So it doesn’t bother me that those haven’t been released.
But if Obama was born at Kapiolani as he now claims, there would be a signature of the attending MD or RN on the long-form, as well as whatever prenatal and postnatal records Hawaii required. And if there was a typo or minor mistake Obama would not have been charged a fee to amend the BC.
And if there was a minor amendment there would be no reason to fear a judge looking at it and saying, “Oops. The nurse had a discrepancy in her records and accidentally put Aug 5 instead of Aug 4, when technically the birth was before midnight.” Or something similar.
The reason for Obama to be scared to have a judge look at the genuine documents they have is if there’s something that would definitely seem fishy. Like a birth weight added 45 years after the birth, and no doctor’s signature after he claimed to have been born at Kapiolani.
Obama posting what the HDOH has indirectly confirmed as a forgery is a HUGE tell-tale sign that there is something very definitely wrong with the official records. Since the amendment was in 2006 it was too late to be something with paternity. There isn’t anything on a BC about religion. I can’t think of anything that would be on a COLB that would “embarrass” him to the point that he would rather show a forgery than the real COLB if he had one.

1) There is no evidence that she was ever married in Hawaii. No marriage certificate has ever been found. Why do you think that is so?
2) When did she go? I don’t know. No one knows. Or even if she went —instead of for ex Vancouver (unwed mothers homes) or Seattle etc.
3) Where’s the evidence she did? Same, unless you believe the following sincere people:
1) the entire Kenyan Parliament
2) Statements by writer from Kenya stating that his birth certificate copy is identical, with identical stamps and seals and fonts to Obama’s Mombasa certificate.
3) His own grandmother’s statements and videos.
4) The Kenyan Ambassador’s statements to the people who called him to ask where Obama was born and he said “Kenya. And we are very proud of it”.

he supposedly authors two books about his favorite subject .. himself. In which he talks about his whole life in painstaking details.
but when it comes to releasing ANY documents that can attest to his line of BS .. he is worried about his privacy?
Anyone who is worried about their privacy does not release TWO autobiographies.
Nor does anyone who has nothing to hide about their birth certificate spend 2 million dollars to keep it from being viewed.

I didn't evaluate him either; however, the typical behavior you cited fits perfectly a homosexual with an aggravated case of fagopsychosis, enhanced by huge elephant dung on the shoulder that encroaches between his elephant ears. In some texts it could be called a “chip on the shoulder” but that doesn't indicate the shear size of it.

Were footprints taken for the confidential medical portion of the official birth certificate, or were they taken just for a commemorative certificate that was given to the parents?
I’ve always thought that to be connected to an actual physical child and actual physical mother there would have to be some proof of which real person was referenced on the BC. Even just to be sure that the babies ended up with the right parent, or that a BC really belongs to a certain individual. I mean, what would keep me from stealing my classmates’ birth certificates and posing as them a couple states away? How would anybody know whether that child on the BC was really me or not?
I have that question about right now too. Do hospitals take fingerprints or footprints of mom and baby to have on the genuine confidential medical section of the BC?
