I already listed in my post a number of famous Brooklyn-born people who COULD have been delivered by me.
There is no way for me to pursue that, even if I wanted to. Medical records are not kept for longer than 25 years, I'm not a staff member there any more and I have no right to access any information that may still exist, and to go beyond something I could do with a phone call - why on Earth would I do that?

It's a very small contingent of Obots in relation to the number of FR posters against them. Overwhelmingly, FR posters do not believe that Obama is legally qualified to be president or have very serious doubts that he is qualified. They usually read the article and/or leave a single post or two and go about other issues on FR. However, after the thread has died down and scrolled off the front page, and after the average FR posters have left, here comes the After-Birthers to load it up with their propaganda.

You’re getting off subject. Originally I was responding to a poster that said if they were ever accused of a crime and could offer evidence to clear their name, they’d do it. In such a case as Obama is found ineligible, certainly cases could be written up to trap him for perjury or fraud. But that’s irrelevant to the original point.
The hypothetical situation was that the poster was currently being accused of a crime. Proceedings against Obama are not of a criminal nature, hence my question as to what crime Obama’s being accused of. There obviously being none, the analogy was specious. He has no obligation to offer exculpate himself for the reasons given.

First you tell me that because Landmark and Heritage won't pursue this, I should accept that as truth and move on. Then you tell me you can't speak for them and I need to question them directly? You obviously are convinced - what was it that convinced you they're right not to pursue it?
Bear with me, please. Hopefully you recognize that I am not a regular on the "birther" threads and I'm coming at this as one who silently questions what the real truth is. I just want to know the truth. Is it that even if Obama wasn't born in Hawaii, he's still a NBC because of his mom's citizenship? Or do they believe he was indeed born in Hawaii?
I don't believe Landmark or Heritage are part of any conspiracy. I don't think it's unreasonable for them not to want to pursue something that has no chance of really being answered truthfully. I'm trying to think this through.
Why can't we just see an official Birth Certificate? Not this person saw that this person had that on file and "trust me, I'm from the government and I'm here to tell you the truth". Do you believe they indeed have the documentation and are keeping their powder dry for the most opportune moment? If so, isn't that a conspiracy theory in it's own right? All these officials who supposedly know the truth, but are keeping it under wraps in order to help Obama?
Too many unanswered questions to sit idly by and accept it, sorry.
But no Hawaiian doctor has come forward with a similar list. And you don't think that is odd? (And the doctor isn't the only one who might have had the opportunity to come in contact with baby Barry.)

I am trying to understand why people who do not sound at all like conservatives spend so much time posting on FR. It’s not as if they even make much—if any—effort to impersonate a conservative. If I had nothing better to do than post anti-leftist stuff on HuffPO or Kos, I would consider my life a sad, wasted failure.

Probably, but the state of my 35-year ago memories regarding events that didn't grab me at the time is pretty poor - all the more so if we are talking, not about 1975, but 1961.

Correct, RS. Think Goerge Allen/macaca. I think many, many conservatives missed one of the major points of that shameful episode. Yes, the MSM wanted to defeat Allen. But they ALSO wanted to send a message. To wit: touch The Won, and the smear, slime you’re-a-racist MSM mud-machine will turn on you like a monster, and It Will Never Stop. It will be ugly. It will be relentless. And you WILL be destroyed.
