As most of you know, Rep. Gabrielle Giffords (D) of Arizona and others were shot earlier today at a “Congress on Your Corner” in front of a Safeway store in Tucson, AZ. Mrs. Giffords just came out of surgery (she was shot point blank in the head) and is responding to her doctors. This is nothing less than a miracle since only 5% of head shots survive. Others were not so fortunate. According to AP reports, a 9-year-old girl and U.S. District Court Judge John Roll have been killed. We are hearing here that up to 6 have died. We are also hearing 20 or so were shot and wounded. 3 of her staffers were shot as well. Our thoughts and prayers are with all that were hurt today.
It turns out the shooter is Jared Lee Loughner. A clean cut, 22 year old and an apparent communist. But you wouldn’t know it by listening to the media – they are pushing he was a veteran. When I mentioned at the onset of this, that an anarchist/communist was likely the shooter, no one believed me. Proof’s in the pudding I guess. Here is some of his favorite reading material:

Authorities stated they believe Loughner had sent out a video saying that he expected Saturday to be his last day and had written on his MySpace page several “final thoughts” that included rants on illiteracy and the failure of U.S. currency to be backed by gold.
He is clearly disturbed and he looks like an anarchist to me. He is an extreme leftist and is part of Van Jones’ plan to get the people “out in the streets.” Too bad AZ State Senator Linda Lopez is already blaming the Tea Party per Fox News. She should look to her side of the aisle and the extremists in her midst. Top down, bottom up, inside out…
Giffords is a blue-dog Democrat and a good person. She is considered a moderate and was at one time, a Republican. She is very strong on border issues, pro-second amendment and for fiscal responsibility. She was also pro-healthcare and I vigorously disagree with her on that. But that is just politics. What Loughner did is revolutionary and highly provocative, not to mention violently insane.
But before you start screaming that I am only laying blame at the feet of the left, I have to say that I am horrified after reading comments from both sides on numerous sites today. The left is blaming Sarah Palin, Jan Brewer, Michelle Malkin, the Second Amendment, the Tea Party and everyone on the Right. The Right is blaming the Left and some are saying hang them high. Stop it! All of you are being manipulated for a political agenda that is meant to foment chaos and bloodshed to benefit the powerful elite. Don’t let this become an Archduke Ferdinand moment. Don’t let Americans be manipulated into the streets and used as a weapon of the Marxists. Violence is not the answer, so back off.
Feel, mourn and pray for the people and families that were hurt today. Lay off the incendiary rhetoric and recognize Loughner for the lunatic he is. Watch the other hand…

Just as they are doing with Islamic terror, the left is looking for somebody to blame for this tragedy. They sure as hell don’t want to blame this poor, mentally disturbed moron. They’ll be spending the months ahead trying to get him off. Conservatives will be asking that he get the death penalty. The liberals will be asking that he be released and put on Social Security Disability. The good old Twinkie defense. The left has decided to lay the blame for this tragedy on their political opponents. Not a hard thing to do when you own the state run “media”.
The LIEberals have been advocating violence against conservatives for so long, it is no suprise that they would begin to turn on their own. DUmocrat attempts to paint this LIEberal loser as a "right-wing nut" right away also comes as no suprise. It is also expected that DUh-bama and his minions already are planning to use this incident as fuel to further their agenda and make yet another power grab.
Giffords can not be a “moderate” and have voted for Obamacare’s 2,000 plus page leglislation. She is a radical who voted for a massive piece of the communist take over of the Republic.
She also joined in with the radicals in ratcheting up the tension in calling the tea party people Nazis and racists. Political oppostion to commiecare was compared to violence against the President by her. She is for amnesty.
She’s a full blown kook who was shot by one of her own team members. I hope she survives w/o long term injury but let’s not make a political saint out of her.

It got worse after you turned it off.
I was just listening to Geraldo for less than 5 minutes and he was telling that there will be a massive Democratic conference call on Monday (maybe tomorrow?) and then he said something about the substance of the call and referred to the event as “this slaughter”.
I don’t know why you post was pulled, but this young man was not left OR right. He talks about the Communist Manifesto AND Ayn Rand and The Wizard of Oz. He favors the gold standard and talks about the 10th Amendment being used unconstitutionally. He is all over the place.

The truth scares the crap out of people. Expect the Mods to recoil in fright when the truth is first spoken on FR. It takes a few moments to gather yourself and accept what you know is the truth when it pops out of nowhere and you aren’t expecting it. They’re generally a pretty good bunch.

I want to make my point clear that I do not condone violence that is not in self-defense. I am pointing out that there is a price to be paid for poor governence, lack of leadership in crisis, lack of honor, boldfaced lying, stoking divisions, and demagoguery; all of which came pouring out of government like water over Niagra Falls over the last few years.
As far as I can tell these things are of Democrat making, encouraging every aspiring Stalin wannabe and leftist psychopath to make their own truth. And what then when their visions of grandure fail to become reality? These people are dangerous, and they have been stoked by the left for political gain, then dumped. I think that those who consort with Democrats should be aware that they could likely share in the consequence of whatever diabolical and radical wheels they have already set in motion.
They spent years mercilessly assailing Bush/Republicans with the nastiest and filthiest rhetoric I’ve heard in years, and they cared not what kind of violence it could inspire or what danger befell our troops as a result. They have no morals, no honor, and power is the only thing they crave at the expense of all else.
I am heartbroken for the congress woman who lies in the hospital clinging to life, and the suffering of the families who lost a loved one today at the hands of that monster. But that is not of my making, nor that of any of my associates. Therefore, I have no plan to change my behavior or sit back while they hand us the smackdown and steal the republic like a thief in the night.
