Should WikiLeaks expose the world's secret diplomatic backroom dealings? Put it to the vote!

I have been reading about the leak everywhere and came across this posted tweet. I don't know if not voting matters but 85% of the people who voted said YES to the leaks. I thought, shoot, everybody voted for Bristol Palin, why not vote NO on secret diplomacy memos. Just hoping. At least you don't have to watch someone TRY and dance. :)
