Last night, an autocue was used in the Indian Parliament for the first time in its history. President Obama spoke for just 20 minutes with the help of “two textbook-sized panes of glass” that were installed by a technical team brought in – at some expense – from the US. “We thought Obama was a trained orator and skilled in the art of mass address,” complained one Indian official to the Hindustan Times.
The emperor has no clothes. I guess some parts of the world are just learning what we have known for 3 years or so.
“autocue”= teleprompter. I love Brit lingo!

The fact that his head swivels back and forth between the two teleprompter screens, making him look like he's watching a tennis match, might just give away the fact that he is a trained reader, not a speechmaker.

He can’t even speak to elementary school kids without a teleprompter. He truly is the absolute worst and most embarrassing president we have had. I can’t wait till this nightmare is over.
I wasn’t able to watch the whole thing, but one part early one really fired me up... at one point in a sentence it end with “the United States” and he even had to read that! It was just UNBELIEVABLE to me, turned him right off. That one section of his speech should be being blasted for all of us to see, such a disgrace!

Only a man with experience, character, a solid and stable inner core of beliefs and a basic understanding of how the world works is able to do this.

A trained actor - not an orator.
He reads others’ crafted speeches with an automated drone. He has no passion, no empathy. He uses the bully pulpit to bully and berate.
This manufactured persona is part of the ‘movie star magnetism’ that has seduced masses of uninformed voters for a century.
With Ronald Reagan we just got lucky.

It’s fascinating to still hear the MSM refer to the loon as “brilliant”.
Sorry, but after teaching many years of undergrad and grad classes of really brilliant folks, the Loon-O-Dent stands out as one who would have dropped out early and reregistered in some class he could actually pass...such as sociology.
On a good day, with the wind behind him, the Obamaloon is - at best - average.
Yes, they are.
And it is tough to answer definitely or completely. We’ve answered the call so many times and are many times vilified for it. We had allies, when we fought for independence so yes, I absolutely believe we should help. The answer is more complicated than that. Is it whatever it takes for as long as it takes? Or is it something less than that?

It is a hard one.
The words are inspiring in principle but aren’t necessarily practical.
If they were, we’d be at war with Saudi Arabia, Iran not to mention both Russia and China.
