Eligibility Update: HI Elections Clerk Would Answer Questions on Record...
The Right Side of Life ^ | 06/13/2010 | Phil

Yay! WorldNetDaily finally ended up at the same conclusion that I have RE: Mr. Tim Adams' alleged statements regarding the lack of evidence of Mr. Obama's vital records! And that conclusion is to get Mr. Adams on record with what he claims to know.

Per WND (the rest of the article is a re-hash of their last posting, with which I continue to take exception on their insinuations):

"The things I've said, I don't mind testifying in court," Tim Adams, the senior elections clerk for the city and county of Honolulu in the 2008 campaign, told WND in an exclusive interview.

"I was working there, and this is what it was. I'm not a lawyer, just a civil servant. I know what I know. I know what I was told by the hospitals and by my supervisors."

A reminder: Mr. Adams has never claimed to have first-hand knowledge, to date, of Mr. Obama's vital records; this is why specific questions being answered by Mr. Adams is so important (more on this in a moment). ...

The problem with Mr. Adams’ statement is that he has seen as many Obama Birth Certificates as I have: zero. He claims to have knowledge that other people in a position to know have said that none exists. I don’t see how that evidence ever gets into any court. So, how does this advance the ball?

Your point is well-made and I'm looking forward to seeing more statements by Mr. Adams (if they are forthcoming).

Phil, it seems your only interest in FR is to drive hits to your blog/news site.

Perhaps if you participated in the threads you would be taken more seriously.

Well, let’s take this a little further.

If he says that he heard other people say things about Obama’s birth certificate, that would probably be considered hearsay by any judge.

BUT.

If he is willing to name names, and to say WHO said what to him, then these people with direct knowledge of the evidence could be called on to testify, by the judge or by the complainant.

Those FReepers who follow this know the roll WND plays in this eligibility issue.

They also know the roll the pimps play in this as well.

Sounds like he’s saying that the EVVE system has a void flag on his record, which is what it should say since his BC does not qualify as prima facie evidence - because it is amended and it is probably also late. I don’t know whether they would have made him fill out a delayed birth certificate if he had an original BC filled out incompletely until 2006. He certainly doesn’t have a hospital-generated BC, although he could have a long-form that’s just filed with the late/delayed BC’s.

The significance of this, as I see it, is that if he names his supervisors who knew Obama wasn’t born in Hawaii it will be more government officials who KNEW that the online COLB was a forgery and failed to report it. A LOT of misprision of felony going on in Hawaii.

This would also explain why cops who tried to do a basic background check similar to what would be done in a traffic stop.... got in big trouble for daring to try to check Obama’s EVVE record. It says he’s undocumented. Any cop pulling Obama over for speeding could have found that out, if he wasn’t being protected by thugs in the government.

This also explains why the HDOH refuses to explain anything about their EVVE system.

Phil_GA is doing some less than honest damage control on his original posting, which libeled World Net Daily.

On 11 June 2010, Phil_GA claimed that World Net Daily “.....only got half of their story right....”

Phil_GA claimed that WND had implied that Tim Adams, the former senior elections clerk from Hawaii, was a “Birther.”

In fact, the 10 June 2010 WND news story that Phil_GA attacked clearly stated that Tim Adams was a Hillary Clinton supporter.

In fact, the 10 June 2010 WND news story that Phil_GA attacked clearly stated that Tim Adams thought Barack Obama was constitutionally eligible to be President.

Either Phil_GA did not read the original WND report, or Phil_GA deliberately lied about its content.

So far no evidence has gotten into a court of law anyway. So we have to use the court of public opinion until the crowd gets loud enough to force the courts to do their job and look into the matter and resolve it, It isn't going away and this adds fuel to the fire. It isnt' a home run but it isn't a strikeout either. If I was the AG or Governor of Hawaii, I would demand an Investigation, their employees veracity and trust of the whole state government is at stake.

Their whole government in Hawaii is corrupt. The latest communications I’ve had with the HDOH and OIP show that they’re not even pretending to follow the laws at this point.

I’ve contacted the Ombudsman’s Office, OIP, Gov, Lt Gov, and Hawaii AG, asking whether Fukino and Okubo will be put on administrative leave while being investigated for the illegal destruction of permanent government records - especially since I’ve now heard from the HDOH that they have also apparently destroyed the birth certificate of an individual who may be very, very important to this whole issue. None of them will even respond to me.

The HDOH flatly refused to send me a copy of a page from the current birth index - a page that anybody can go look at there in the office, and the right to inspect includes the right to copy so copies of pages from that book are required to be available to the public. The HDOH flatly refused and told me if I didn’t like it I could sue them. No mention of the OIP. I could sue them. They know darn good and well that no judge in Hawaii is going to do right. They’re all one big, happy, dysfunctional mafia.

The politicians, on both sides, are not going to go anywhere near this. As for public opinion, absent any real evidence this is just another night on Coast to Coast. I personally believe that Obama was most likely born in Hawaii, but no one knows for sure, probably including Obama. I don’t think that we will ever know the truth of the matter.

But, what we can know, and what we can share with the rest of the public, are all the sordid details of Obama’s past that he is so keen to keep under wraps. His Marxist roots, his academic life, Chicago political criminal activities, recreational lifestyle, etc., etc. There is plenty out there and he is spending millions to keep it secret. The birth certificate issue is a fool’s errand and is just helping Obama keep the rest of the dirt hidden.

The question is, when is he going to kill himself with shotgun wound to the back of the head, or be found in a tub of acid. Obama death list comeing? Enquiring minds want to know?

The proper action is to notify the attorney representing Terry Lakin (and other Plaintiffs where this may be relevant evidence), and suggest forwarding a subpoena.
