Sarah does not want to legalize pot - Paul does

Gov Palin also states she doesn't think cops should concern themselves with people smoking a joint in their own home.

agreed. fight the big dealers, the drug smugglers but leave the little people alone in their homes. works for me.

do not condone it but do not make a federal issue of what people do in the privacy of their own homes. I can get behind that.

>Libertarian is weak and liberal on everything.

Nonsense. The libertarian philosophy in a nutshell is the biker creed: “Don’t give none, don’t take none”. Translated that means I’ll leave you alone if you leave me alone and if you F with me then you’re dead. That’s not weak or liberal in my book.

But if she's going to closely associate with Code Pink looney-tune DeceptiCon Ron Paul, I just don't think I can keep looking the other way.

On this show, Allegra, she was not associating with Paul but debating him, with the judge essentially moderating.

She smoked Paul on foreign policy, war, and Israel.

Usually when they knock down the doors on an person it is due to criminal association, crime already committed,
etc. This she would agree to as she has mentioned in other interviews.

You can say that living in a state with a lot of boondock inbetween, large % of the land owned by the federal gov. and your state population is only around 2,600,00.

That type of attitude is not real world especially in states with large cities, large population.

I live in San Diego and the County population is far greater than your states.

Libertarians believe in open borders and a weak military.

I don't know what the Libertarian Party believes, but libertarians do not.

And your point is?

As a libertarian I believe that you have the right and freedom to do anything you like provided it doesn’t adversely affect my life, liberty or pursuit of happiness and I can do anything I like provided it doesn’t adversely affect yours.

Simply extend this to the national level. An invasion from a foreign country certainly adversely affects our national stability and should be dealt with. Personally I’d like a 100’ wide x 100’ deep moat between the two countries well stocked with crocodiles. Likewise with 9/11 we should have nuked the SOBs and be done with it instead of pussyfooting around.

At the same time, the US doesn’t have the right to be an imperial power - we all know that’s about oil.

One can extend this to drugs and alcohol - I could care less if you want to fry your brain - legalize everything - but if you get on the road and drive, bye bye.

Abortion? Life begins at conception and therefore those rights are extended to the fetus just as everyone else. End of discussion.

Simple eh?

The law regarding lawsuits against the President is rather favorable. Not so with Alaska.

>In the world of unicorns

Today, perhaps. In 1776 no.

Yeah I’m being idealistic but I’ content with the fact that I can in a few sentences outline the core beliefs of my political philosophy. I challenge you to do the same.

If you’ve been watching Glenn Beck over the past year or so, you’re likely familiar with his chalkboard diagram of the statist vs anarchist as opposed to left vs right. He normally draws the diagram with the statist on the left and the anarchist on the right. The diagram depicted in the shortest political quiz is very similar. If you haven’t taken the quiz here it is.

http://www.theadvocates.org/quiz

A libertarian’s political beliefs are not left vs right. They are actually orthogonal to those dimensions and lay closer to the anarchist in that the libertarian favors as little government as is necessary to maintain order while at the same time maximizing personal freedoms.

Oh yeah it has also been reported by two different sources that she also has a photographic memory but don't let facts like that get in the way of your talking point

So she lied when she said she didn't remember things in her testimony to the ASP?

Why hasn't she answered whether she intentionally put her minor child into danger, or was lying when she said she feared the danger, as even the Palin-friendly colonel wondered?

“Palin has come out of the libertarian closet.”
-— - ——— -—
Gov. Palin is putting together an undefeatable coalition and a base of political support from various parts of the Republican Party. Her endorsements will help deliver their states for her nomination. She is not a RINO because she has endorsed some, nor a Libertarian because she has endorsed some. She remains a conservative leader who knows that first we must win back control by winning seats and that means we must unite conservatives, libertarians, moderates and independents behind a conservative agenda. Then we use the people elected to support a candidate who can keep such a coalition together. There is only one. She is then, their candidate and her conservative agenda becomes their agenda.

The Johnstown flood happened in 1889.

The big one, yes.

But it seems to me there was another one or maybe it was somewhere else and I remember hearing "Looters will be shot on sight." I was just a little kid but remember being quite impressed when I heard that on the news.
