One of my friends from another large Conservative messageboard is the Uncle of Penny. I wanted to share Penny's story with the Free Republic community.
Penny's Uncle is a Texas police officer, trying to help out his neice anyway he can. He is a determined and dedicated Uncle, who instead of feeling helpless at being over 1000 miles away from her, has been actively trying to take some of the financial burden off his Sister and Brother-In-Law, while they take care of her.
Please pray for this precious little girl, fighting for her life at only 11-months old.

Hello everyone, this is Penny’s uncle, and I came here to say “THANK YOU” for all your prayers and support of my niece in her fight.
Her first birthday is tomorrow, June 30th, and hopefully with all the prayers and help, she can get through this and have many more to come.

Gracious Lord,
The pain and suffering are seen in this precious child’s face. How many of us would gladly bear this suffering for her to relieve this innocent one of her infirmity? But Lord, we know that Your Son, Jesus already bore this disease in His own body, so we can proclaim with boldness that this child is healed. Holy and righteous God, may this sweet and tender heart receive Your healing in the Name of Jesus. Grant restoration to her body and peace to all who know and love her. We are confident that You are her Healer and we commit her to You in the Name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
