TWO DIFFERENT DLN NUMBERS AND DATE STAMP INCONSISTENT WITH CONTEMPORANEOUS SS REGISTRATIONS
According to The Sonoran News, when two people requested Obamas Selective Service registration through the Freedom of Information Act, each received a computer printout with different information.
In a televised interview with George Stephanopoulos on September 7, 2008, Obama stated, I had to sign up for Selective Service when I graduated from high school
in 1979. However, the requirement to register with the Selective Service had been suspended in 1975 and was not reinstated until 1980....

wouldn’t that open them up to lawsuits?
bump
I’m no lawyer, but if it is retroactive/retrospective punishment — I would think that would be appealed pretty easily. In the meantime, chilling affect.

[52 FR 24457, July 1, 1987]
His registration number is 61-1125539-1.
My son turned 18 last year. IIRC, he got a card with his name, address, birthday and maybe SSN#.
The bottom line:
1. verify the information
2. reply only if incorrect
3. automatically registered.
On March 29, 1975, President Ford signed Proclamation 4360, Terminating Registration Procedures Under Military Selective Service Act, eliminating the registration requirement for all 1825 year old male citizens.[8] Following, on July 2, 1980, President Carter signed Proclamation 4771, Registration Under the Military Selective Service Act, retroactively re-establishing the Selective Service registration requirement for all 1826 year old male citizens born on or after January 1, 1960.[9] Only men born between March 29, 1957, and December 31, 1959, were completely exempt from Selective Service registration.[10] The first registrations after Proclamation 4771 took place on Monday, July 21, 1980, for those men born in January, February and March 1960 at U.S. Post Offices. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays were reserved for men born in the later quarters of the year, and registration for men born in 1961 began the following week.[11]
That was my impression, too. You can’t make law ex-post-facto. So, if they passed such a law making it an illegal harrassment to inquire about public records, it would only apply to further “harrassments” that took place after the law was passed.
Of course, under Obama they have violated this ancient understanding about the rule of law, and might well do so again.
Well... I'm pretty patriotic... and I don't especially remember going down to register for SS. I did it, but it wasn't all that memorable. Didn't take any pictures or bake a cake or anything.
I'm still trying to figure out why this is a big deal.
Could you further explain the T/W/TH days. Was it just for that one time or when? Did the '61 people register only on T/W/TH? Not that that proves anything since Hussein and the date stamped are different.
Something I noticed - Whoever filled out the SS form writes at an upwards to the right angle. His numbers tend to be more on the line but there is still a small upwards trend even on the date and phone number (zoom in to see). The signature, while jumping up on the "O", it begins and ends parallel to the line. Usually, his signature trails upward.
and for Obama, it would have been unforgetable as one of his most disdainful days.
LOl, possible 2 most disdainful days. I am curious to see why there was a Form 50 filed in 1991. I am wondering if he got caught in a bind for not registering when he realized SSS records were required for entrance into the Illinois BAR.
Also, why is he classified as the lowest of the lows for service as according to his doc during the campaign he has always been a pillar of health so what is in his radical past that got him that least prestigious honor.
The handwriting is a non-issue IMHO
I’m a lefty. My handwriting was fine until frantically taking notes in college ruined it.
FYI, for those of you who know lefties - ok, so you know how lefties sometimes turn their hand where they’re writing upside down? That’s because their writing teacher was a moron. When you learn to write, the teacher has everyone turn their paper so that it’s angled about 11 o’clock. That’s fine for righties but it’s impossible for lefties. Simple solution is to turn the paper to 1 o’clock. Viola! You don’t have to contort your wrist and you can write properly.
Obama’s signature style is indicative of a natural right hander who should be writing with his right hand but instead unnaturally writes with his left hand.
Obamas Selective Service Registration Form is Apparently 1990 Form Altered to Appear Like 1980 Form On the SSS Form 1, in the lower left hand corner is the form number (SSS Form 1) and the month and year version of the form, labeled as B. On this particular Form 1, it clearly shows the month as FEB (February), and the year is either 80″ or 90″. The retired federal agent investigated further:
Magnification of the form both physically (with a 10x glass) or with different image software does not reflect a clear cut result of either a 80″ or a 90″.
Now, being that the central office for SSS data entry is in Chicago, could we suppose that the 1980 DLN number was associated with a deceased person? From Bentley's report at Sonora News:
Last week Sonoran News received a response to a FOIA request for 17 SS records for the purpose of making comparisons.
Every single one of them has a four-digit year stamp, including two registrations processed at the very same post office, one within days of Obamas.
In fact, Bruce Henderson, now deceased, whose birthday was also in August 1961, registered on Aug. 2, 1980 at the Makiki station and his SS number is 61-1125522-7, just 27 numbers apart from Obamas.
The 10-digit DLN on his registration form reads: 0897080613 and the 11-digit DLN on the computer printout reads: 0897 080 6130, indicating a zero had been added to the end.
Hendersons registration was also entered in the same batch as Obamas on Sept. 4, 1980. Our FOIA request was initially made in October 2009, but after receiving neither a response nor an acknowledgement, a subsequent request was made in December 2009 via certified mail, the receipt of which was promptly acknowledged.
Again, just thinking out loud here.
A pulse is more than enough for them.
They even register Klingons.
