The Tea Parties are embarrassed to talk about it. Glenn Beck and Bill O’Reilly do their level best to discount it. John McCain hopes to the cross the isle one more time with voters by denying it. Ninety percent of the Congress all quote FactCheck.org to get around it. The State of Hawaii builds websites to mask it. Barack Obama continues to spent a fortune to make the legal system bury it.

So what is so controversial about the BIRTHER movement that makes everyone get so defensive? Controversy never stopped our society before. The liberals have openly spent years hating Bush, Iraq and the military. The socialists in this country have spent decades pushing racism and bashing capitalism. Nothing is sacred ground in America. Abortion, amnesty, God, terrorism, corporate greed, gun control, gay rights, pornography and drugs are all big-time events today. Yet God forbid, someone mentions the birther issue and the gears completely grind to a halt.

Could it just be that decades of liberal progressive hatred, corruption and evil are totally at risk if someone spills the beans about Barack Obama? We aren’t just talking about a simple citizenship issue here, we are talking about an entire 45 year history of deception, coverup and conspiracy. How many countless names and reputations are at risk? How many institutions and powerful money brokers helped fabricate the lies that turned a ghost into a real life image? Are people prepared for the fact that Barack Obama could literally be an honest to goodness Manchurian candidate?

Based on the what has transpired in the last 12 months it is more than obvious that something is desperately wrong. Everything stinks from the bottom up. Judge after judge continue to deny standing to credible lawsuits. One person we know of has been killed trying to uncover passport records for Obama. Individuals that have openly challenged Obama have violently been attacked in the press and Internet media as right-wing crazies. Any public official that questions Obama’s credentials is mocked and laughed at.

Now those that think this issue is going to go away are sadly mistaken. America loves a mystery and the facts surrounding Barack Obama just don’t add up. As more and more people begin to question the truth, the fire gets hotter and the flames continue to spread. So far only arrogance and denial have saved Obama. Such conduct has its limitations however. The truth is almost impossible to hide if people really want to get at it. We believe the writing is on the wall. Obama cannot withstand the onslaught that is heading right for him. People are sick and damn tired of putting up with his world of corruption. We are at the point in time where Obama is going to come clean or the American patriot will hand him his head on the proverbial silver platter. I believe Obama knows it too. You can actually see the stress and uneasiness in his demeanor and walk these days.

So where does that leave organizations like American Grand Jury who have sounded the “birther” alarm since day one? It makes us stronger and more determined than ever. Say what you want about American Grand Jury but we have never backed off from our mission. That mission is to see Barack Obama legally removed from office for the fraud and treason he has committed against the people of the United States. For those of you that believe Obama is innocent all you have to do is convince your Messiah to come forward and prove us wrong. At this point in time any refusal by you to demand the truth only adds to the conspiracy and presumes even more guilt on the part of Obama.

According to what I found, the primary language for Kenya is Swahili, not Arabic. But in google translator, Arabic was easier to disguise hidden messages...such as:

I’m not a legal scholar, but as far as I can tell, no one has come up with an iron-clad definition for what the founders meant by “natural born.” We can agree it means “born in the U.S.” Beyond that, I’m not convinced this “father was a British subject” issue has any bearing on the matter. In light of that, I continue to maintain that judging people by their parents’ status is not fair game.

Citizenship status is a central and essential element to the eligibility per the natural born citizenship requirement in Article 2 Section 1. An explanation is below.

"Natural Born" is declared in Article II [No Person except a 'natural born' Citizen...]

.. and "Natural Born" is implied and expressed in the Constitution as a result of COMMON LAW.

The Common Law in this case goes all the way back to the Magna Carta (over 700 years). "Natural Born" was actually expressed (written) in Vatel's Law of Nations. If you don't know what the Law of Nations said about "natural born" you should. The Founding Fathers did. The Founding Fathers knew exactly what was implied, expressed and common to law when they drafted Article II, the "natural born" eligibility clause.

The Constitution and de Vattel’s Law of Nations has the answer to any questions regarding citizenship abroad and any laws crossing national boundaries:

EXCERPT 1. U.S. Constitution, Article II, §1: No Person except a natural born Citizen, OR a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President;

EXCERPT 2: de Vattel’s Law of Nations circa 1758 Book 1, Chapter XIX, § 212: The natives, or NATURAL-BORN CITIZENS, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens…The country of the fathers is therefore that of the children; and these become true citizens merely by their tacit consent.

Finally, the main item in the Constitution that ties both together:

EXCERPT 3: U.S. Constitution, Article I, §8: The Congress shall have Power…To define and punish Piracies and Felonies committed on the high Seas, and Offenses against the LAW OF NATIONS.

LAW OF NATIONS is CAPITALIZED, meaning our framers were citing a proper name. There was only one Law of Nations in 1787 officially declared. And yes, Congress has the power to create and enforce ANY LAW mentioned in the Law of Nations written by Emmerich de Vattel! It was sitting right under our noses the entire time. <

Whatever your sources imply, there are those on the other side of the issue with sources that imply the opposite. The question isn’t - and probably can’t be - settled.
