I've updated my blog to include the e-mail from Janice Okubo confirming that they assign birth certificate numbers in the state registrar's office and the day they do that is the "Date filed by state registrar".
The pertinent portion from Okubo's e-mail:
In regards to the terms date accepted and date filed on a Hawaii birth certificate, the department has no records that define these terms. Historically, the terms Date accepted by the State Registrar and Date filed by the State Registrar referred to the date a record was received in a Department of Health office (on the island of Oahu or on the neighbor islands of Kauai, Hawaii, Maui, Molokai, or Lanai), and the date a file number was placed on a record (only done in the main office located on the island of Oahu) respectively.
MY SUMMARY: As you can see, Okubo said that the Date filed by the State Registrar is the date a file number was placed on a record (only done in the main office).
There are no pre-numbered certificates. A certificate given a certificate number on Aug 8th (Obamas Factcheck COLB) would not be given a later number than a certificate given a number on Aug 11th (the Nordyke certificates).
There is no way that both the date filed and the certificate number can be correct on the Factcheck COLB. The COLB is thus proven to be a forgery.
I believe that too.
Well, I ain’t perfect. But I get called names and have snide things said about me a lot more than I dish it back. How often do you guys call us liars, obots, trolls. commies, etc.??? C’mon be honest.

No they don’t. They can’t wait to see what I hit you guys with, and they can’t wait to see what you guys hit back at me with.
parsy, who don’t go running for the hills
My point is that I shouldn’t have to defend my OPINION from the same people over and over. You are not going to change anyones mind. I’ve been on these threads, on and off, since July or August 2008. I leave because I’m tired of the crap. I have a right to an opinion that differs from others.
The Pearl Harbor thing says “retired from medicine” in 1956. Why is he wearing a doctor costume in your picture and is obviously older than 46?

Of course you do. Would you prefer it if i didn’t ever post to you?

One explanation for the out-of-order serial numbers might be that several serialized stacks of birth certificates were made available at different hospitals.
Eleanor Nordyke told WND she thinks her twins got lower numbers because she went into the hospital Aug. 4, 1961, and was in labor for 20 hours before she delivered. She speculates that Ann Dunham came in after her and was given a later number, even though Dunham's baby was born earlier. Nordyke's twins were not born until the afternoon of the next day.
It's possible that when Okubo said the serial numbers were assigned at the main office she meant the serial numbers from each certificate were indexed into the master vital statistics files. She may not have meant "generated" at the main office as you seem to interpret her statement.
I found serveral instances on the Net of references to hospitals receiving a block of pre-assigned numbers to be stamped on blank certificates. I'll post them here later.
I enjoyed joking with you on other threads. I’m tired of fighting for the right to believe differently than the trolls. You know who they are. Don’t join them. As for me, I’ll leave these threads again.
And this from that West page link:
“He served some postgraduate work and a preceptorship under Dr. Herbert Bowles and was certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology in 1958. Dr. West practiced at The Straub Clinic and Hospital until his retirement in December 1977. “
If he had quit delivering babies in 1956, then why would he get board certified in OB/GYN in 1958????? Doesn’t make sense.
Where else does it say he retired in 1956?
parsy
Well, I hope you don’t go. I’ll hush up from now on about birtherism with you unless you ping me first. If I forget, remind me.

You don't have to. Unless your FR works differently from mine, there's nobody forcing you to respond to a post.
A little common sense goes a long way. How old was Barbara Nelson when she had lunch with the Doctor?
She arrived in Hawaii in 1959. She must have been a teenager in 1961...it's difficult for me to picture someone who must still have been a student at the time, discussing who had given birth that day, with an obstetrician...
AND THEN SHE WAS HIS HIGH SCHOOL TEACHER
A few years later, Nelson encountered Barry again, when she watched high school basketball games, where her students played.
The team came alive when he got on the court, she said. He was not only quick and graceful, but he could see the pattern and zero in on the opening. Though he wasnt a starter, he was a graceful, passionate athlete who played back-up forward. He had a definite presence on the court.
I often sat with his grandmother, who was a no-nonsense woman with these very solid Midwestern ways about her, said Nelson. She loved that boy and he adored her.
As a high school teacher of British, Biblical and Middle Eastern literature, Nelson taught Obama.
oh my, how the time does fly...A FEW YEARS LATER? He's in high school now!
Or Barry Soetero, which may well have been his legal name until whenever he had it changed, or changed back, to Barrack Hussein Obama II.
You mean other than because it already has his signature and the White House seal?
Which letter, Wiggy? The letter from Obama, who is a well-established LIAR?There are so many different versions of that Obama's letter, none of which match Rep. Abercrombie's bloviation on Jan. 24, 2009 ...
Everyone else lies, except Obama. That's sums up your moniker, doesn't it? Once again, YOU seem to be awfully careless

Someone better be quick and get to the board member records from that time before they disappear off the shelves or are locked up for no reason. Of course, it’s probably already too late for that since “they” have already revised West’s biography.
