DOH indirectly confirms: Factcheck COLB date filed and certificate number impossible

I've updated my blog to include the e-mail from Janice Okubo confirming that they assign birth certificate numbers in the state registrar's office and the day they do that is the "Date filed by state registrar".

The pertinent portion from Okubo's e-mail:

In regards to the terms “date accepted” and “date filed” on a Hawaii birth certificate, the department has no records that define these terms. Historically, the terms “Date accepted by the State Registrar” and “Date filed by the State Registrar” referred to the date a record was received in a Department of Health office (on the island of O’ahu or on the neighbor islands of Kaua’i, Hawai’i, Maui, Moloka’i, or Lana’i), and the date a file number was placed on a record (only done in the main office located on the island of O’ahu) respectively.

MY SUMMARY: As you can see, Okubo said that the “Date filed by the State Registrar” is the date a file number was placed on a record (only done in the main office).

There are no pre-numbered certificates. A certificate given a certificate number on Aug 8th (Obama’s Factcheck COLB) would not be given a later number than a certificate given a number on Aug 11th (the Nordyke certificates).

There is no way that both the date filed and the certificate number can be correct on the Factcheck COLB. The COLB is thus proven to be a forgery.

You are exactly right and I’ve said it over and over again. What they don’t realize is that all of the really relevant information and research never shows up on the open forum. It goes on behind the scenes and is in the hands or competent people that know what to do with it. They are here to “fish”. The more information they can get, the more they can try to destroy and cover up information.

Yes, Okubo has made so many contradictory statements that we can’t trust anything she says. That’s been my point. That’s why we need an investigation.

Taking her at her word, she has now twice confirmed that the Factcheck COLB is a forgery.

Why won’t any of the people who so quickly jumped to the conclusion that she had confirmed the Factcheck COLB listen to her now? When the official keepers of the records are making official statements which reveal there’s been a forgery by the commander-in-chief that should get more than a snore in response.

I do believe that she is correct when she said that the state number is given at the state registrar’s office, though. I believe it because it matches the records I’ve seen. The range of certificate numbers from Kapiolani, for instance, is from 974 to 15,396. But Kaiser (Queens) also had a certificate number of 9,351.

I don’t have enough certificate numbers and dates to do a thorough analysis, obviously, but what I have shows a pattern of calendar chronology between all the hospitals together rather than blocks of numbers being set aside for particular hospitals.

If I can get access to more data it would be helpful. But what I have so far tends to confirm what Okubo said rather than what Ender Wiggins’ friend was able to learn from 2 1/2 hours at a closed DOH office.

Can’t tell you anything about a furlough on Feb 5th. What I can tell you is that my visit to Punchbowl was a Tuesday. Rodney T. West, M.D. was born on the island of Maui in the then Territory of Hawaii. I want to see Neil Abercrombie investigated.

He “read” on video the letter he delivered from Obama to Kapiolani saying Obama was born there. Let’s just say it was a “creative” rendition of what was supposedly on the page. I think it was a charity fraud scam, and that Abercrombie is one of the crooks in the bigger story.

He quit his position as US Representative for Hawaii so he could go back to Hawaii and “campaign” - even though he was way ahead in the polls. I think he was sent to help do the dirty work necessary to keep all the bureaucrats and judges in Hawaii drinking the kool-aid.

The fact that you keep insisting that by not telling you what you want to hear she is actually secretly telling what she didn't say is just... well, weird.
