DOH indirectly confirms: Factcheck COLB date filed and certificate number impossible

I've updated my blog to include the e-mail from Janice Okubo confirming that they assign birth certificate numbers in the state registrar's office and the day they do that is the "Date filed by state registrar".

The pertinent portion from Okubo's e-mail:

In regards to the terms “date accepted” and “date filed” on a Hawaii birth certificate, the department has no records that define these terms. Historically, the terms “Date accepted by the State Registrar” and “Date filed by the State Registrar” referred to the date a record was received in a Department of Health office (on the island of O’ahu or on the neighbor islands of Kaua’i, Hawai’i, Maui, Moloka’i, or Lana’i), and the date a file number was placed on a record (only done in the main office located on the island of O’ahu) respectively.

MY SUMMARY: As you can see, Okubo said that the “Date filed by the State Registrar” is the date a file number was placed on a record (only done in the main office).

There are no pre-numbered certificates. A certificate given a certificate number on Aug 8th (Obama’s Factcheck COLB) would not be given a later number than a certificate given a number on Aug 11th (the Nordyke certificates).

There is no way that both the date filed and the certificate number can be correct on the Factcheck COLB. The COLB is thus proven to be a forgery.

I suspect that there is a similar discrepancy with Obama’s other numbers, SSN and SSSN. Others have reported on Obama’s SSNs. A year ago there was a report of Obama’s Selective Service Number (SSSN), on Deb Schussel’s and other sites including here.. The number seemed way out of any sequence by year, that is if treated as a sequence serialization, his SSSN is very recent.

I and others contacted the Selective Service about this, and they claimed that the SSSN’s are randomized, not serialized. But that doesn’t make any process management sense. I suspect they lied.

I don't see it as a " way out " for him....
So ? how is he going to explain his foreign travels without a US passport ?
If anything, it's a silent admission that something is not right.

Isn't there a saying we say of legal matters in a court of LAW ?

And in his case ? there is a whole lot of " DOUBT " that needs to be resolved.

Hawaii was also a state for a whopping 3 years when Obama was born, procedures changed a lot in the 50 since. Not like Texas hasn’t been a state for what, near 200 or so? Yea.

How does that “prove” anything?

The passage from the nomination documents I cited in my previous post to you shows the DNC recognized there are Constitutional requirements that must be met for a person to qualify as President. That should have been obvious to you given the specific reference to the Constitution.

That passage also points out the fact it is not incumbent upon people to prove a person is eligible to be President but instead is incumbent on the individual to prove he or she meets the Constitutional requirements in Article 2 Section 1.

Off topic: Texas Independence Day next Tuesday, declared independence from Mexico on March 2, 1836. Alamo fell 4 days later, we finished the job 6 weeks later, sent Santa Anna and his troops home and charted a better course.

HDOH has its own rules to follow and can not used “implied consent” to release them. its not like a search warrant. For example, Reagan got shot and waved from his hospital bed. Have you stopped to consider that perhaps Barry Soetoro had a couple of amendments to his vital records, one of which may have occurred during his time in the IL Senate race ... a change of ‘named father’, to cite Frank Marshall Davis as the father? Barry knew years ago that the natural born citizen clause required place of birth and U.S. Citizenship of both parents. The Internet posted CoLB is a fraudulent representation since the date it was supposedly released from vital records is not on file in DOH and the image does not included ‘amended’. The forgery may have removed amended before making the Internet image, but the particulars of amending are what interest me. I suspect Barry's ‘embarrassment’ is his changing parentage to Davis after having put his approval on Ayers’ ghost written garbage for him. Of course, said amendment becomes very problematic beyond mere embarrassment, especially since he has perjured himself and lie repeatedly to the people who made the mistake of electing him.
