(Jan. 5, 2010) — The Post & Email can publicly confirm that on the first of December, last, U.S. Congressman Nathan Deal (GA-R) challenged the eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama to hold the office of the U.S. presidency.
Todd Smith, Chief of Staff for Representative Nathan Deal of the United States House of Representatives serving Georgia’s 9th district, has confirmed today that Deal has sent a letter to Barack Hussein Obama requesting him to prove his eligibility for the office of President of the United States of America. The letter was sent electronically the first of December 2009 in pdf format, and Mr. Smith said that Representative Deal has confirmation from Obama’s staff that it has been received. The letter did not have additional signatories. It originated solely from Representative Deal.

Then answer it. Disclose it to whom? Who is tasked with checking it out and determining authenticity? What does the Constitution say? Or the law?

Please note the experts referred to were LEGAL experts, not DOCUMENT experts. Next, they were McCain's experts, not independent experts; McCain had legal experts. So, according to your link, McCain consulted legal experts to examine his citizenship status to see if it met the Constitutional requirement for president. (I've read enough of danamco's posts to assert with confidence that he would never accept similar vetting of Obama.)
The quoted text goes on to say and he also disclosed a copy of his birth certificate. It doesn't say who he disclosed it to; it doesn't say McCain made it public, it doesn't say his birth certificate was examined by document experts and pronounced authentic; it doesn't say that a court gave his BC the official stamp of approval.
Nothing in danamco's link contradicts my claim that McCain never made his birth certificate public.

First, the Constitution defines treason: Section 3. Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. "Falsely occupying the W.H.", could be fraud, but it isn't treason.
Second, Obama is not a British citizen (are we at war with England?), he may have had the right to claim British citizenship but there is no evidence that he did. As for Indonesia; by Indonesian law Obama would have been required to renounce his US citizenship to become an Indonesian citizen, and by US law, as a child he couldn't renounce his US citizenship.
Why do you think that McLame needed a Senate resolution to white wash his eligibility?

The Senate resolution affirming McCain's US NBC status was passed unanimously.

Right Here. Any adoption, and there is no evidence one ever took place, would have occurred after Obama was 5. Citizenship would not have been granted per Article 2, Section 1.
