(Jan. 5, 2010) The Post & Email can publicly confirm that on the first of December, last, U.S. Congressman Nathan Deal (GA-R) challenged the eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama to hold the office of the U.S. presidency.
Todd Smith, Chief of Staff for Representative Nathan Deal of the United States House of Representatives serving Georgias 9th district, has confirmed today that Deal has sent a letter to Barack Hussein Obama requesting him to prove his eligibility for the office of President of the United States of America. The letter was sent electronically the first of December 2009 in pdf format, and Mr. Smith said that Representative Deal has confirmation from Obamas staff that it has been received. The letter did not have additional signatories. It originated solely from Representative Deal.

I don’t appreciate the personal attacks. If you want to call people names go somewhere else!
It may, but it shouldn't. The announcements do not give a place of birth, not even the hospital. They were presumably generated by the filing of the birth certificate, as is customary. But as to what the BC says, about Hospital, if any, doctor, if any, and who signed as witness to the birht, is still a mystery. One that could be solved quite easily by a court, or BHO, authorizing the state of Hawaii to release a certified copy of the original BC. Now such a document might still say he was born in Hawaii, but if someone other than a doctor or nurse signed it as witness, and the place is other than a hospital in Hawaii, then it would cast doubt on the legitimacy of that filing.
The COLB does not show the hospital or address at which the bith took place, nor does it show the doctor's name. Furthermore the file number it does show, is lower than those of the Nordyke twins, who were born in Kapi'olani Maternity and Gynecological Hospital Aug. 5, 1961, one day after Obama was supposedly born at the same facility. But their long form birth certificate shows that it was filed Aug. 11th, 3 days *after* the date listed as the date Obama's was filed.
Haha! Another cute one! And my momma wears army boots, right???
You’re adorable!
Yeah, that very article you posted the link to. The one where they list 8 defects in the document. The one where they say their sources call it a forgery. The one where they posted an actual picture of an actual Kenyan birth certificate from that period and which didn't look anything like Smith's document. That article.
The source is not going to appear on FR, you can take that to the bank. It is in very good hands and will be exposed when it is really needed and now isn’t the time. SCOTUS isn’t going to touch this now. It will be aired repeatedly prior to the 2010 or 2012 elections. It does exist. He did say it. It was on You Tube, they refused to let it stay up. Luckily some were smart enough to save it. Suffice to say, it is in very good hands. I doubt the people that have it can be bought off.
I wasn't aware that identifying someone with the Birthers is a personal attack. Regardless, you should expect to be known by the company you keep.
LOLOL! Good one.
Maybe not, but the Marxist Kenyan boy king wannabe saying it HIMSELF will be pretty damning. Alan Keyes said “ You weren’t even born in the US”. The Kenyan said “ So what, I’m not running for president”. Now my response would have been, “ Yes I was you fool, I was born in Hawaii”.
LOLOL! Good one.
But you do believe they could have a child born in the US, say by shipping the mother here on a student visa, or better by having the mother be a US citizen and come "home" for the birth. Then take that child back to be raised in the father's homeland, to return to live here for 14 years, then run for and be elected President? You suppose the founders would have accepted one of King George's grandsons as a Natural Born citizen, if the father had not become a US citizen before the child was born? I sort of doubt it.
Obama himself admitted that he wasnt a natural born citizen when he debated Alan Keyes in 2004
_____________
He admitted more than that. Much more. Not during the debate, after and there is a video.
That’s an urban myth that no one can produce an actual link
_____________
Keep telling yourself that, you aren’t getting a linky and neither is anyone else. The tape is in good hands and will be used when it is needed the most. It sure as hell won’t be posted here or put on You Tube.
*ping*
It wasn’t during the debate, it was after.
Do you have any proof that such an exchange ever too place? If you did, I agree with you, it would be pretty damning.
But, as yet, no birther has managed to produce either transcript or a video proving the exchange took place. Heck, not even Alan Keyes himself has mentioned it.
Hence, I think it's pretty safe to conclude some birther made it up.
Ditto everything you said. I’m not an Orly fan either. I admire her tenacity, but she makes me crazy. A good lawyer plays his cards close to his chest.
