Tennessee State Representatives Susan Lynn (R-Lebanon) and Debra Young Maggart (R-Hendersonville) asked Tennessee State Attorney General Robert Cooper to prepare to take the appropriate legal action against the federal government in the event HR 3200, the controversial federal healthcare reform legislation, passes into law. The legislators requested this action in order to grant Tennessee relief from the unfunded mandate contained in the bill that Tennessee complies with the expansion of the federal Medicaid program.

Hows about Cornyn-R and Hutchison-R doing the same by calling Gov. Rick Perry and telling him to get his butt in gear for nullification legislation!

TennCare shrunk a great deal after RINO Governor "Taxquest" Sundquest was defeated by Brederson. It still should be abolished, but it didn't bankrupt the state as it would have a few years ago, and we avoided an income tax (which is unconstitutional in Tennessee).

Bravo to these two fine state reps!

And this is why McConnell should have pushed the debate to the maximum limit instead of caving for Christmas. He needed to buy time for the states to act, and for the people to see to Democrats for what they are.

As long as the clock is ticking, anything can happen. Throw in the towel and the game is over.

This is a grass-roots level to protect the State. Mrs. Blackburn is on a Fed Level. (I’ll guarantee she is there for guidance and help) :^)

Bredesen has been the best Gov in 20 years. He is a (D) but he knows business. Ask yourself why George doesn’t have his butt on TV Sunday.

Well photo shoppers, we a map of the US depicting states that are in the process of declaring exceptions from Obamacare.

We have at our disposal a very powerful tool in advertising to America the states that are challenging this, what of course will happen in some likelihood is that as more states opt out the remaining states may increase the share of taxation to the people. Its debatable the legality of such a move but the propaganda value is priceless.

We seem to have a number of gutsy women in politics recently. Happy to see it.
