Carter shows his ethics: hires lawyer from Obama firm, as clerk Oct. 1st
thepostnemail ^ | 10/17/09 | John Charlton

In a stunning blow to the impartiality of the American Judicial system, Federal Judge David O. Carter, who is hearing the case Barnett vs. Obama, in the Central District, Southern Division Court at Santa Ana, California, has just hired a lawyer who works for a law firm where Robert F. Bauer, one of Obama’s top lawyers is a partner. And that, just days before the Oct. 5, 2009 hearing on the Motion to Dismiss, in which his demeanor radically changed, according to Dr. Orly Taitz, esq., lead counsel for the Plaintiffs.

Siddharth Velamoor is the lawyer chosen by Carter to serve as one of his two official clerks, from Oct. 1, 2009, till Sept. 30, 2010, according to Wikipedia. Velamoor is listed as an associate with Perkins Coie, LLP’s office in Seattle, Washington. It is not clear if he has broken his relations with the firm.

C, is a partner of Perkins Coie, LLP’s office in Washington, D.C.. His bio at the company identifies him as holding the Chair of the Political Law group at the firm; general counsel to Obama’s Campaign for America and general counsel to the Democratic National Committee.

Mr. Bauer’s wife is none other than Anita Dunn, the Whitehouse Communication’s Director.

> Is BP short for Betty Parris?

No, John Hathorne would be more appropriate.

The difference here is that guilt is self-evident
and requires no witch hunt.

Now move along before Sentencing is carried forth.

Excellent piece by Jim Quinn linked to in # 132. Are Birthers getting more traction?

I don’t get to hear Savage much. It’s delayed here and often pre-empted for baseball. Savage used to be a favorite of mine, but he just goes off the wall too much sometimes. A lot of people don’t hear him and a lot who do, although they love him, don’t take him seriously enough. But Quinn is something else. He has held back for all this time. No more. What he did today was just astounding. It was a jawdropper for me.
Podcasts are available for paid insiders. For every paid subscriber, a freebie goes to a Serviceman/woman stationed in Iraq or Afghanistan.
Quinn had been threatened about a year ago by the media matters creeps with a lawsuit. He told them to bring it.

I’m not a big Savage fan either. Too unstable. But at least his audience is very aware of the issue.

I can’t hear Savage after he was booted from the San Francisco Bay Area. His station in Sacramento is so far away I get annoyed at the static.

Have you seen the news regarding financial services markets and they huge pay cut the Feds are forcing?

I would quit or retire and say FU! I don’t need your shit. You never even had so much as a job and I am suppose to take orders from you?

Ass-Clowns!

We will know by January 1st if they(Fed) are all in on their Mao-Marxist agenda.

You’re taking away the wrong message from that graphic. It’s twofold:

1) The fact that BP2 has that graphic at all, including where it shows a ‘Members’ link (when he himself states that only members can see the members list) and has a ‘Logout’ link means that BP2 himself must have an account there. So he has an account at the same site he’s attempting to condemn you for having an account at.

2) The fact that BP2 is willing to mock up and use a fake image tells you how much faith to put in any future graphics he uses.

FYI - Should be able to find a station/time/format suitable for listening to Savage, here: http://radiotime.com/options/p_20626/The_Savage_Nation.aspx

b.t.w. I believe ol' Doc Savage has breached the topic of Barry's eligibility two times. Both, when he had Attorney Berg on. Other than that, he's been fairly quite on the issue aside from the occasional brief passing shot.

But alas, Loren, you're right. My graphics credibility is shot now:

Carter was doing the right thing then Obama and his thugs threatened him. Carter said there was no way he could back out without cause and Obama thugs gave him a way out. Hire this attorney and you will have to recuse yourself.

Case over because any other judges who might take the case over have been warned. We will break you if you even consider going to trial.

This is my take on this. I have no links or inside information. Obama and his Chicago way has done much worse to corporartions and individuals. Krauthammer has a article on their threats and destruction of opposition.

Nixon and Hoover did this type of attack and Obama will go down. Then watch the flood gates open to this administration thug tactics.

Robert Bauer is the CAIR terrorist attorney also? And Mao loving Anita Dunn’s husband.

Obama is pure evil.

See, Loren ... unlike the Obot simpleton Trolls that cut and paste from their talking points, I source my material, using the concept of "Trust, but verify":

Of course, that doesn't preclude the Obot from retorting, "Duh, it must be an old database or something."

Before you can lead an Obot to water — he must FIRST be willing to put down the Kool-aid.

HOWEVER, I whole-heartedly concur — you should SERIOUSLY question the credibility of THIS "graphic":

He will not have to recuse himself.

This sort of situation happens all the time-- judges hire lawyers who work for law firms who practice before them. This particular clerk may be recused from working on the Keyes v. Obama case, but the judge is not disqualified and his other clerk (federal district judges have two) can work on the case.

No wait, I was just told he should recuse himself. Sorry, does not have to.

His connection to even a plumber who knows Obama can create problems at any point in the case. Even after.

So you were right.

CAIR is after Savage for awhile now. And thisBauer is a CAIR attorney I believe.

Obama’s terrorist circle is getting larger.
