Carter was doing the right thing then Obama and his thugs threatened him. Carter said there was no way he could back out without cause and Obama thugs gave him a way out. Hire this attorney and you will have to recuse yourself. He will not have to recuse himself.
This sort of situation happens all the time-- judges hire lawyers who work for law firms who practice before them. This particular clerk may be recused from working on the Keyes v. Obama case, but the judge is not disqualified and his other clerk (federal district judges have two) can work on the case.
