Great news, watched the video, my advice to Orly, calm down and shut up. Discretion is a good thing and bragging like that pisses judges off. I’m pulling for her and I greatly admire her tenacity, but she needs to calm the hell down. Send her a Xanax.
PS. I think she looked pretty in that video. She’s very attractive and could be more attractive with the right makeup and her eyes less done up. She has pretty features.

They can stop it by physically destroying the documents themselves. I would be surprised if this hasn’t happened already. I believe the long form BC is safe and sound at the Hawai'ian Department of Health and Vital Records. Governor Lingle said it had been sealed.

Not sure what the following means per se but it is from Judge Carter’s orders from Sept. 8, 2009. Somewhere I read or at least I thought I read that the discovery to be carried out is pretty much perfunctory in order to get the basics out of the way and or started. I maybe total in error on that remembrance.

The Court indicated at oral argument that it would consider whether discovery
matters should continue to be handled by Magistrate Judge Nakazato. The Court finds that,
since the Court and Judge Nakazato are closely communicating and coordinating in this case, the
continued handling of discovery matters by Judge Nakazato is appropriate.

Did Orly say Judge Carter ordered early discovery or he encouraged early discovery? There’s a big difference between the two. The former is a demand and the latter is a request.
I can’t understand her very well.
