NH SECRETARY OF STATE AGREES TO INVESTIGATE
Rep. Lawrence Rappaport, and his wife (Sept. 12, 2009) — New Hampshire State Representative, Lawrence M. Rappaport payed a visit to Mr. William Gardner, the NH Secretary of State, on Thursday, Sept. 10th.
His stunning request: an investigation of Barack Hussein Obama’s presence on the NH 2008 Ballot.
Gardner’s stunning response: an investigation will commence.
I interviewed Mr. Rappaport by email, and asked him, on what basis did he make his complaint; he responded, “The basis for all of this is possible fraud. I don’t know what penalties will be assessed if fraud is proven.”
Rappaport’s action follows stunning revelations that Nancy Pelosi deliberately signed two different forms certifying Barack Hussein Obama was the Democratic National Party candidate for the presidency. While these forms have been known to exist for some time, it was J.B. Williams, writing for the Canadian Free Press who brought them national notoriety, earlier this week.
It is unclear, if, in the eventuality that New Hampshire determines fraud was committed, on the grounds that Barack Hussein Obama is not a natural born citizen of the United States, if the State will move, through its governor, to take some sort of action on the National scene, or who would be liable in law for the crime committed in-state.

If Obama is decertified by enough states to make him unelected, then we get Biden for president, which is no bargain.
And then, what’s to prevent Biden from appointing Pelosi as his VP?

Best bet would be to get the House and Senate back in 2010 and marginalize Obama until the end of his term is up, and make sure he’s not re-elected.

Somebody posted a story a day or two before J. B. Williams about the Pelosi scam, but it was J. B. Williams who made it clear, to me at least, that it could only have been a DELIBERATE scam.
The same three people signed two certified forms, one for official submission and one for publication. No way on earth that all three of them could have done this twice without noticing that something was fishy—or without having decided that this was the best way to scam it so they would be off the hook if the truth came out.
This news looks like another straw. At some point I’m hoping we’ll see the camel’s back give way, and if that happens it will happen all at once and very fast, IMHO.

I don’t see how any judge could look at the evidence and not have an investigation at the very least. The judges that dismissed are just scared.
The Constitution says Biden, in the event of Constitutional disability of a President, under Article II, Section 1, Clause 6, and potential ambiguities of succession were further clarified by the 25th Amendment.
If it all comes down, Pelosi looks to be in serious difficulty, so removing her from likely succession is probable. If there’s a problem with Biden, then it’s Robert Byrd.
Whoever it might be, though, let the Constitution determine the matter, as the supreme law of the land.
I’m not willing to see a precedent set, by allowing an ineligible foreigner (if he is in fact), to remain in the office of President for a full term, personally. It’s not about getting a Republican in there at this point. When the opportunity comes, to elect a conservative President, in 2012, then it comes. For now, uphold the Republic. It’s endangered.
If Pelosi and the others in the Democrat party have done this deliberately then it must have been with the intention of being able to drop Zero if things got too hot. I wonder if they ever thought through the situation what would happen if the fraud was not discovered until after he was elected and inaugurated?
Are they able to dump him now, or will they have to float or sink with him?
I wish his former opponents would come out and start talking about this.
It wouldn’t be beyond the criminals to martyr Barry if the heat got too intense. He’s a win/win dead or alive. It’s all about timing/emotion.

In this case I would suspect the State Party, who would have had to present his certification, the head of which is a Barking Moonbat, Buckley.
