NH SECRETARY OF STATE AGREES TO INVESTIGATE
Rep. Lawrence Rappaport, and his wife (Sept. 12, 2009) — New Hampshire State Representative, Lawrence M. Rappaport payed a visit to Mr. William Gardner, the NH Secretary of State, on Thursday, Sept. 10th.
His stunning request: an investigation of Barack Hussein Obama’s presence on the NH 2008 Ballot.
Gardner’s stunning response: an investigation will commence.
I interviewed Mr. Rappaport by email, and asked him, on what basis did he make his complaint; he responded, “The basis for all of this is possible fraud. I don’t know what penalties will be assessed if fraud is proven.”
Rappaport’s action follows stunning revelations that Nancy Pelosi deliberately signed two different forms certifying Barack Hussein Obama was the Democratic National Party candidate for the presidency. While these forms have been known to exist for some time, it was J.B. Williams, writing for the Canadian Free Press who brought them national notoriety, earlier this week.
It is unclear, if, in the eventuality that New Hampshire determines fraud was committed, on the grounds that Barack Hussein Obama is not a natural born citizen of the United States, if the State will move, through its governor, to take some sort of action on the National scene, or who would be liable in law for the crime committed in-state.
Common sense, a very depleted resource, would dictate that a couple abroad in the service of their country would be able to pass “natural born citizenship” to their children born abroad. Our military are our most patriotic citizens, risking life and limb for country. It doesn’t make sense to question the allegiance of their children, when the parents allegiance is so obvious. It would make sense that the physical location of birth be less important than the citizenship of the parents, though some argue that location is the only factor in determining natural born citizen status. Doesn’t make sense that our framers would be so stupid. Oh for the good ole’ days of common sense, which I’m sure the framers took for granted and assumed would survive. That has not been the case.

This is one to watch...
There have been several efforts to amend the Constitution, to allow those children born abroad of military citizens natural born citizenship. None has been ratified. The Naturalization Act of 1795 states that such children are citizens, not natural born citizens.
It’s an admirable sentiment, and a widespread, popular misconception, but it is not true that children born abroad of military citizen parents are natural born citizens.
Allegiance is not just a state of mind. It is a basis of legal claims. The country of birth claims these children as their own, in most instances. They follow jus soli, too. These legal entanglements would be extremely difficult in certain situations as Commander In Chief. Times of war, trade negotiations, defense treaties ... there is the logic in excluding the foreign born, regardless of parentage.

Call your governor, secretary of state, and attorney general TOMORROW! Bury them in a blizzard of complaints.
If you are going to throw rocks at Pelosi, at least do enough homework to post things that are true instead of just accepting made up crap without question. According to Snopes, this is a boiler plate joke that predates Pelosi by many years. Pelosi is an ass and she is corrupt, but she is not stupid.
Besides even if it isn't true, the very fact that people who know Nazi Pelosi think it could be true speaks volumes.

So, Nancy et al should have investigated his birth and requested the long form BC but we can assume they never did their job. The same failure falls to the states who didn't investigate. Kick them all out!
