Obama Re-Unites the States! - Via 2nd, 9th and 10th Amendment Measures
AIP News ^ | June 25, 2009 | JB Williams

Obama and his Marxist minions thought that the 2008 election gave them an unfettered mandate to dismantle our Constitutional Republic by establishing a One World secular socialist powerhouse in Washington DC, forever running roughshod over the people and the states without any worry of revolt or reprisal. They were horrifically mistaken! This is not democracy, its fascist totalitarianism, and our Founding documents provide the people a peaceful remedy.

Our nation’s Founders not only anticipated a day when the federal government would become destructive of the desired ends, Life, Liberty, individual Freedom and Happiness, - they provided the mechanisms by which to thwart such evil and preserve freedom for future generations.

In my search for an answer to the most common question from readers today, “What can we do to stop the Marxist Obamanation from destroying our country?” – I have come across countless well-indented and energetic initiatives by an increasingly desperate population; from the TEA Party movement to the “birther” movement aimed at making Barack Obama keep his campaign lie, to be an ethical “transparent” president, and many more.

Many speak of a second Civil War, or an armed Revolution to re-instate the 2nd, 9th and 10th Amendments and the values enumerated in our founding documents. But most Americans remain hopeful that a peaceful solution can be found and I believe that a peaceful solution has been found, though I expect that the ultimate leftist reaction to the measure will not be peaceful at all. Because the left does not know or respect America’s founding principles, they will be blind-sided by them when the time comes.

Then tie salaries to the median income, and benefits to median levels. They can make more money only by making the country more prosperous.

Their actual official salaries aren't nearly enough to make them do something crooked. The big bucks are in the campaign contributions, under the table bribes, and promises of lucrative positions after leaving office. You could make them serve for free and it wouldn't change a thing.

Hi, dirty boy: I don’t need your arm-chair keyboard “knowing it all” big mouth lecture of your pacifistic involvement. If you have the desire to remove an illegal alien usurper in the W.H., you could learn something from the above conversation how grass roots are making the difference, like in Iran. 52% of the American people put YOU in handcuff Nov 4, 2008. So if you are content with that, compared to the people in Iran, who are NOT, you don’t have a credible voice here!!!

You’re a legend in your own mind, dude. Pushing your citizens jury concept is just gonna convince swing voters that you’re a nutcase. Try working on subjects that actually impact middle-class voters and you’ll make a difference.

Illegal alien? Whether or not Obama is a natural-born citizen is an open question. Calling him an illegal alien is just plain hyperbolic and stupid. Guys like you help liberals label conservatives as nutcases. Try a little accuracy and relevance in your approach. A citizen grand jury is just your own little echo chamber.

Yes, yes they can what? States do not have the legal right to regulate arms. No government entity has the enumerated power to regulate arms. It’s unconstitutional.

The states don’t have rights to regulate weapons.

What about the 2nd Amendment? I know the Liberal/Progressive jurists say so, but the states can clearly claim that militias in the states can.

The point is that all of the bambam voters have no idea about states rights. They voted for him because he was black. I should say He IS Black. There is nothing to remove the color.
People will have to figure out if it is worth it to go out and regain their basic freedoms from bam’s tyranical government.
Well?

Good stuff, but I don’t see it happening without a Second Civil War. Rural vs Urban. American vs Socialistic Communism. And one which end in the deaths of some 100+ million Americans due to starvation, disease and civil conflict.

JMHO

The second Amendment states quite clearly that the right to keep and bear arms can't be infringed. It does not say that the right keep and bear arms can't be infringed by congress or the states. A claim that a state's militia (which don't exist anymore really) can regulate arms is, at best, sophistry. A militia was supposed to be “well regulated” which basically meant well trained and the operative phrase of the second remains unchanged. The 2nd amendment doesn't say that the militia was to regulate arms.

Let's see "Can't be Infringed", then the next statement says they can be. Sounds like 'it depends on what the definition of what the word "is" "is"' - an interesting argument by a former boy president.

It's and interesting notion and a good way to get rid of constituional rights.

"It does not say that the right keep and bear arms can't be infringed by congress or the states." Should read "It does not say that the right keep and bear arms can be infringed by congress or the states"

The second sentence of comment you have quoted was an unfortunate double negative. I’m not sure what notion you are talking about. Certainly I wouldn’t suggest that because the second amendment doesn’t list any one entity with the power to regulate arms, that anyone not listed should have that power. The only logical reading of the 2nd amendment is that no entity has the enumerated power to regulate arms.
