Actually, the most recent additional batch of votes (previously set aside and uncounted because of challenges) were counted because Coleman and his lawyers successfully argued and convinced the panel of judges that they should be opened and counted. Unfortunately, the numbers just didn't go his way.
The Third Party loon who was supported by Jesse Ventura received votes from the anal retentive folks who thought
Sen. Norm Coleman wasn’t 100% pure enough.
Thanks to these loons the far left Franken could be the next sen.
