Man "this is entertainment." Congressman Alan Grayson D-Fla Appeared on Cavuto's Show on FBN yesterday. Grayson is on Barney Frank's banking committee and he has sponsored the "Pay for Performance Act of 2009." It would impose government controls on the pay of all employees (not just top executives) of companies that have received funds from the U.S. government. It would changing the terms of compensation agreements already in place.

The Congressman couldn't answer simple questions about his bill, and Neil let him have it. This is a classic on the level of O'Reilly/Frank:

Call the congressman’s office and tell him what you think of his pathetic performance.

The Peter Schiff/Redistribution Watch Ping. (Washington Bankrupting our Nation by Spending your past, present and future money!)

You have to see Cavuto grill Dem congressman Grayson sponsor of "Pay for Performance Act" when Grayson cant explain how the bill works. He says it "Restricts unreasonable and excess compensation" without any type of definition of what that is(just in case a democrat contributer falls in the range) . He claims the constitution requires vague laws like this. In other words it could be YOU!

If you realize both parties in Washington think our money is theirs and you trust them to do the wrong thing, this list is for you.

If you think there is a Santa Claus who is going to get elected in Washington and cut a few taxes and spend a few trillion and jump start the economy, and get our lost money back, this list is not for you.

Fascists. We get the government we deserve.

This guy mentions the Constitution... he’s obviously never read it.

Bailout funds or any funds. Think hospitals, aircraft plants....

Just a simple question here. If pay for performance is GOOD for a private firm that has government money invested in it ... why isn’t it GOOD for a government agency and the government’s employees (schools and teachers)?

Ouch, that will draw an IRS audit....

Every time I argue with a lib, I always ask them to give me number.

Be it the Minimum Wage, Tax Rates, CAFE standards or how many people died at Three Mile Island, I always ask the same thing.

To a man, they never have an answer. I know they are clueless so I give them hints. The reason they don't answer, besides outright ignorance and stupidity, is because when they come up with something, you have them.

And when the answer is zero, and they don't have a clue, my hint is always, “one less than than died in Ted Kennedy's Oldsmobile”. That really pisses them off, and I love it.

Get down on that clown, Mr. Cavuto!!!!

That was great!

Of course, it'd be alot better if we saw the other 99.999999% of shyster activity before it was too late.

I said for a long time that Brit Hume and Neal Cavuto were the only guys really worth watching on FNC. I swore off BOR 5-6 years ago, when his head expanded and grew to exceed the size of his studio. I like Bret Baier well enough.

Cavuto demolished Grayson.

This guy Grayson thinks he’s starring in a Godfather movie. Grow up congressman! Aspire to be someone useful (and honest).

UNbelievable. He said the law was to punish people. Don’t you need a trial for that? This is totally unconstitutional.

Grayson later returned to the practice of law, representing government contractors. Seeing “the bad driving out the good under the Bush administration”, Grayson started a crusade against private contractor fraud in Iraq, which he calls “the crime of the century”. He has filed suits against government contractors such as Halliburton and its former subsidiary KBR.

Grayson tapped blogger *Matt Stoller as Senior Policy Advisor in 2009.

*Stoller is also the president of BlogPAC, a political action committee that funds progressive blogs.

Grayson was the subject of an interview by Salon.com blogger Glenn Greenwald, in which he went into greater depth in his criticism of both the bailout and the Federal Reserve’s secrecy.

LET’S TALK ABOUT RUDE...(as he accused Cavuto of being)

In early 2009, Grayson responded to controversial comments by talk radio personality Rush Limbaugh, in which Limbaugh stated that he wanted President Barack Obama “to fail”, by saying, “Rush Limbaugh is a has-been hypocrite loser, who craves attention. His right-wing lunacy sounds like Mikhail Gorbachev, extolling the virtues of communism. Limbaugh actually was more lucid when he was a drug addict. If America ever did 1% of what he wanted us to do, then we’d all need pain killers.”

Grayson released a second statement, in which he said, “I’m sorry Limbaugh called for harsh sentences for drug addicts while he was a drug addict. I’m also sorry that he’s bent on seeing America fail. And I’m sorry that Limbaugh is one sorry excuse for a human being.”
