There is a lot going on in Israel, with fighting terrorism, the political battles in forming the coalition, the corruption of the present Prime Minster, etc. Much of what is going on in Israel is not reported, things like the advances in science, technology, and medicine.
Here is a great example, one of the big problems with delivering medicine for serious illnesses like cancer is that the drug needs to focus on a minuscule area but it can only be delivered to a much wider part of the body and kill more cells that are not infected.
Now an Israel scientist has invent bubbles to deliver medicine. Doctors can put the medicine inside the bubbles and the bubbles can differentiate between sick and healthy cells. Read all about it below

I gotta think that’s the only explanation for the insane blindness that causes people to pander to the evil, sick, malignant, murderous Mahometan savages, while undermining the industrious, brilliant, courageous, life-loving, talented Israelis.
There is just no other rational explanation for it.
